I like that soon as i pulled into the service department i was greeted immediately. I was directed to speak with Rom Elling where he took care of several problems i had with my vehicle. Ron Elling kept in contact with me through the repair process to keep me informed of what was going on. Fantastic dedicated employee who seems to really strive for excellent customer service. Ron was able to work around my busy schedule and gave the car repaired very fast. The car was even cleaner than when i dropped it off. He couldnt of done a better job. This repair and the way Ron Elling handled things is the reason i will be returning for all service and repairs to my vehicle.
Will be back next service, great staff, very polite, store was clean and loved the showroom. I love the video text that showed them working on my car most definitely ahead of the others with this technology. Thanks
11 years ago I purchased a BMW from Anderson. It was a very pleasant experience. That brought me back for round 2 and I bought a Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring, which they had to bring in from a dealer in WI so I could get the color I wanted. I got a solid deal, and the service I received and always have received is what brought me back again. I highly recommend Anderson BMW, Mazda and Volkswagen.
This is my 3rd Car from this dealer. The only reason for coming to this dealer is Howard Krick. He knows exactly what a customer is looking for. And he always educate you about the available options. I met sales manager Tony at this dealer for the first time and he super patiently listened all my questions and concerns. And he was simply best at everything. I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
