Sales and financing was very easy, especially for Costco member. Prices are great, able to test drive my desired car without problems. No hassle with vehicle price. If there is something that can be improved that would be parking. Parking is a little bit difficult.

Had a great experience getting my wife into her new Kia Sportage. Florent Novaj and Manny Pantoja were both awesome and made the whole process super easy. They were helpful, answered all our questions, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and my wife is really happy with the new car. Definitely appreciate these guys and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car.

This definitely the best service department around! I went in for an oil change and met with the FABULOUS Angie. Just as I think I’m done, Angie, says come with me, I need to bring you to the service area to explain and show me why I needed rear brakes. Not really a surprise because last oil change I got the heads up the brakes were going. Such honest and knowledgeable team. This team is the BEST!

They were helpful in being proactive to help me trade in my lease ahead of the maturity date. I was able to secure a new lease on a new Ram and it is really nice. I would recommend working with the team there and they were quick and helpful to my needs.

I used the service department on my Lexus rx 350 and Diego was great. Very accommodating. They replaced my wipers and now they work great. Diego was really on top of things. He arranged for me to even get a loaner car while they were servicing my car.

MINI of DarienReviews
MINI of Darien review
I've been taking my car to the Mini Dealership since I purchased it. I've always been treated with kindness, respect, and the job is always well done. I've heard horror stories about people dealing with the dealership and with Mini of Fairfield County, that couldn't be furthest from the truth. I feel that my car is always in good hands and I'm always satisfied with the work. They always go above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking to purchase a Mini. I've recommended this dealership to friends as a result of the customer service I've received.

Fred Beans Toyota of Flemington review
Absolutely fantastic experience at Fred Beans Toyota! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially my sales representative, who took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect vehicle. The dealership itself is spotless, and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. They have a wide selection of new and pre-owned vehicles, and I never felt pressured during the buying process. I was also impressed by the transparency with pricing and financing options—they made everything clear and straightforward. I highly recommend Fred Beans Toyota to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Excellent service, a fantastic team, and a truly top-notch experience! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Absolutely love the RAV4, good space and a fierce exterior. The engine can be lagging at times and sound “tiny”. Overall, a great vehicle nonetheless!

Audi Great NeckReviews
Audi Great Neck review
I had a fantastic experience at Audi Great Neck, thanks to Kit! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. The only problem I had was selecting the car I wanted because the dealership has a huge and possibly the best selection of pre-owned vehicles, and Kit went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. At the end of the purchase, I got to meet Ali, one of the directors at the dealership. Ali was very professional and ensured me that if I had any issues, he would see to it that all my issues are resolved. I Highly recommend Audi Great Neck for anyone looking for a car!

Royal Buick GMCReviews
Royal Buick GMC review
I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Yukon XL from Royal and had a great experience from start to finish. A special thank you to Ian Bates and Tyler Mundy. From the moment I first contacted Ian, everything was handled incredibly quickly — within just a few hours, we had everything worked out. Communication was excellent, straightforward, and professional throughout the entire process. When I arrived to pick up my Yukon XL, the vehicle was already prepared and ready for me. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, and the whole process was smooth with no unnecessary waiting. After contacting several dealerships in NYC and elsewhere in New York State, Royal was a completely different experience. Ian and Tyler actually made me feel like they wanted my business and were willing to make the deal happen. Very happy with my new Yukon XL and the entire buying experience. Highly recommend Royal, Ian, and Tyler!

Dayton Toyota review
Michael Bautista was great! He was very patient and let me look over the car as much as I needed. Service fixed all issues with the car previous to the sale. Although I wish the price could have been a bit lower overall I am satisfied with the purchase and would recommend this dealer to others.
2019 Toyota RAV4 review
I’ve had this SUV for 1 1/2 years. I love it! Is is fun and easy to drive. It is comfortable and has adequate space for 4 passengers. We sometimes haul 5, but the backseat gets tight for that. Mine is getting approximately 29 mpg on midgrade fuel. Love the pushbutton start, lane keep assist, blind spot monitor, controls on steering wheel, rear hatch open and shut buttons, hands free talk, and huge display screen. Toyota could do better with the door handle touch to lock and unlock. Mine don’t work as well as expected. It also has a very annoying ding to warn when the roads may be icy that we apparently cannot turn off. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 on performance due to acceleration rate. It makes big noise like it’s going somewhere, but doesn’t really accelerate exceptionally well. It also shifts oddly sometimes. I notice it mostly when you slow down, but don’t stop ( think yield sign). It will jerk pretty hard when you accelerate from low speed. Overall it is a great little SUV with many bells and whistles for it’s price point. It feels very safe and reliable.
