2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Pedro was great to work and answered every single one of my many questions. When he didnt have the answer ready, he found it for me. A smooth experience all around! I traveled from Martha's Vineyard to pick up the car and Acton Toyota was incredibly accommodating about getting as much of the paperwork done prior to my arrival.

Germain ToyotaReviews
Germain Toyota review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Daniel at Germain Toyota of Naples! I had an exceptional experience with Daniel at Germain Toyota of Naples! From start to finish, Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. One of the main reasons I returned to Germain Toyota of Naples was because of a very disappointing previous experience at AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers. That experience left me looking for a dealership where I could feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the service recommendations I was receiving. Daniel certainly delivered! Having a pretty good understanding of vehicles myself, I know the difference between maintenance that needs immediate attention and services that can safely be postponed until a later date. Daniel took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, offered his professional recommendations, and never once made me feel pressured into authorizing additional work. What impressed me most was that he wasn’t pushy, didn’t use scare tactics, and respected my ability to make informed decisions. He simply provided the information I needed and allowed me to decide how to proceed. It’s refreshing to deal with a service advisor who understands that building trust and earning repeat business are far more important than making an extra sale. Daniel demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine customer service throughout my visit. Germain Toyota of Naples has earned my confidence and my continued business, and Daniel is a big reason why. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward service advisor who treats customers with respect, I highly recommend asking for Daniel. Thank you, Daniel, for an outstanding five-star experience! Germain Toyota of Naples is fortunate to have you on its team!

I came up from NKY to look at 2 used trucks at the Kings auto mall. The better deal was at Kings Toyota. I stopped in there first even though I was leaning toward the other truck. My salesman Rick was able to strike a deal that l believe left everyone satisfied. I’m not a haggler if I don’t like it I walk. No looking back no calls just gone. Thought never crossed my mind.

Don McGill Toyota of HoustonReviews
Don McGill Toyota of Houston review
We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Heritage Toyota HarrisburgReviews
Heritage Toyota Harrisburg review
I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional service Jay Chism provided during my recent vehicle purchase on 11/22/2025. From the very beginning, he made my wife and me feel prioritized and genuinely cared for, which is something we did not expect walking into a dealership. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Jay took the time to guide us through a process we weren’t familiar with, and he explained everything clearly without ever making us feel rushed or uncomfortable. He consistently checked in with us, made sure we understood every step, and ensured that we felt supported the entire way. His dedication to making the experience smooth and stress-free truly stood out. What impressed us most was the heart behind his service. Jay made it very clear through his actions and words that he approaches his job with sincerity and a desire to show people genuine kindness. It’s rare to meet someone in sales who is motivated by more than just the transaction, and Jay demonstrated that he genuinely cares about the people he works with and the families he helps. Overall, Jay provided a level of care, respect, and integrity that deserves recognition. He made a big step for our family to feel secure and meaningful, and we left the dealership feeling confident and grateful. Jay is an asset to your team, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!

I typically don't write reviews but I thought this was a good occasion to write one. George Mankarious helped my girlfriends son lease a new Toyota Tacoma 2023. The experience was nice and easy and very professional and took the stress out of such a transaction. The rest of the staff including Micheal and Ozzie were equally impressive and made the experience pleasurable. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family knowing they are in good hands

Rudolph HondaReviews
Rudolph Honda review
Our family have been customers of Rudolph Honda for the past seventeen years. We have bought several cars from Rudolph and part of the reasons of buying from Rudolph is their excellent service department. For instance, Mr. Willie Garcia, the service advisor, and Chris Denison, the Honda specialist technician have been providing numerous repairs and maintenance services to our 2014 Odyssey van in the past twelve months. We are much obliged to their skilled and trustworthy services. Hats off to Rudolph!!

Pappas ToyotaReviews
Pappas Toyota review
What an amazing experience I had dealing with Pappas Toyota, from the start to the finish. Dave Dubois was a outstanding! First he helped in answering every question on the new Hybrid Tacomas, even when information was slowly releasing upon first announcement. He then helped lead me through the process of securing a place in the waiting process. While waiting for the trucks release he quickly and attentively answered all my questions. Once one arrived he walked me through the process even staying after his shift. Dave is truly an employee who loves what he does and cares for his customers. Even going above and beyond his job description to seek out answers that didn’t relate to selling the vehicle. Brett Bales was another outstanding employee who explained and led me through the warranties and sales. He even went on my behalf to talk to other departments about after marked parts. These two truly made the experience a pleasure and one I will recommend to many in the years to come
