Professional, friendly, very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Went the extra mile to help us find our new vehicle.
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
Bought my XLE premium FWD RAV4 towards the end of 2025 before non-hybrid powertrains were discontinued. I’m old school and didn’t want the hybrid driving experience or system. Couldn’t be more pleased with the vehicle after a year of ownership and look forward to many years of driving pleasure. Anyone in the market for a similar non-hybrid vehicle-do yourself a favor and pick a 2025 model year RAV4, you’ll be glad you did so.

Amazing customer service! Financing is so easy and fast. Went to couple of banks and they had higher rates. I got the best term and rate with Effect Auto financing. Will be back for my next car. My brother just bought a vehicle from them as well last month. They hooked him up with the best deal. My family has a favorite place to shop for a car now.

Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!

Rick Collins Toyota review
Just bought a 2022 Tacoma from these guys. Hilario was a very knowledgeable salesman and answered every question I had. Jake in finance was awesome as well. We went in close to closing time, but all the guys stayed late to make sure I was able to drive home in my new pickup that day! Will recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new or used vehicle!
2025 Toyota RAV4 review
What I love-very attractive interior and exterior, super comfortable seats and very adjustable, excellent mpg, ventilated seats cool me off on a hot day, blind spot mirror is very comprehensive. It is smooth and easy to drive. What could be improved-it’s very loud on the inside (wind noise, engine noise, other car noise), it does not have real leather seats and for the price it should be, air conditioner is not powerful, lots of rattling from the ac when on high, CarPlay disconnects frequently. Wish I could drive it with my bike rack on without having to turn off all the safety features. Surely Toyota can figure out how to block a bike rack in the camera.

Willis Chevrolet of Granger review
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I can’t say enough good things about Willis Chevrolet of Granger. Brad Bauman was our salesman. A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, look no further. I was treated fairly, with respect, and everyone at the dealership exceeded all of my expectations; a true red carpet experience. If you’re tired of pushy car salesmen, getting treated like everyone is doing you a favor, and feeling ripped off in the end… do yourself a favor and go see Brad and all the wonderful people at Willis Chevrolet. Even the finance manager, Austin Parks, was a pleasure to work with This has completely rewritten what I think about buying a vehicle. Thank you to everyone at the dealership for such an amazing show of gratitude & appreciation.

Roberts Chevrolet Platte City review
Roberts employees were kind, knowledgeable, and personable. They didn?t come on strong with sales tactics. The price they advertise for a vehicle is the price they sell it. Unlike other dealerships that add $4K in additions whether or not you want them. Very pleased with Roberts. I?ll be sending all my friends and family their way.

I was surprised how quickly we received our new truck. Backorders were taking a while so was very pleased at the speed to get it. Paperwork signing was dealt with quickly. I was very impressed at the trade-in offer. Our family's third vehicle purchased at Roberts Chevrolet.
