We had a totally electric Mustang Mach E which we traded for this car since the range and infrastructure both were not ideal. The Toyota RAV4 Prime is the best of both worlds since it is a plug-in hybrid and is the car I should have purchased originally. It gets between 44 - 50 miles on totally electric charge (for around home) and about 500 miles on a fill up of the gas tank (hybrid used on the highway). Pricing was NOT ideal as they added a "Market Adjustment" to the price so it was above MSRP.

But almost as important, they arranged for transportation for me to get back home and be productive while the work was being done back at the dealership. We couldn't stay the first day to finish the transaction and they were totally understanding. We dealt with two different finance guys over the two days, and they were courteous and no-pressure as well. Rasethnu had the car ready to go all clean and shiny. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention on the car and Rasethnu made follow-up calls to be sure they were taken care of to our satisfaction.

They are always professional and helpful The waiting room is large and you can eat popcorn while you wait. My only complaint is that I wish I didn't purchase the spray inside my car that is supposed to help with stains on my car seats, I wish I never wasted money on that, when my windows are foggy or at night it's interfering with my vision, there's drips from that chemical on the inside of all my windows, only when it's a certain temperature out and condensation.
