I’m officially a CarMax fan for life! If I could give this team more than 5 stars, I would. My entire experience—from the high-energy sale to the incredible post-purchase service—has been top-tier. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!
2020 Toyota Yaris review
This car is absolutely solid! It gets great gas mileage and handles well when doing light off-roading. I packed it to the brim with camping gear and drove three hours to my spot. It has Mazda genes, so it handles like a dream. The front is spacious—I’m about 6 feet tall with plenty of foot and headroom to spare. Everything about this car feels intentional, from the infotainment system to the stock wheels. The engine is well put together and hasn’t given me any trouble. Doing maintenance by myself for the first time felt like a breeze. The fogs lights are nice and it handles well in the rain. It only has 106 horse power but can get up to 60-85 and beyond without an issue. Overall it’s a great compact car. I’d take this without question over a Mitsubishi Mirage, Kia Rio or a Nissan Versa. This is the undisputed king of compact cars!

2012 Toyota Yaris review
I've driven Toyotas since 1971. LOVE THEM. My Tercel was incredible. But then I bought a Yaris and it was even better (except it has an odd manual clutch, and I've never gotten used to it) Otherwise, I'm a Toyota guy. Now I want to replace my Yaris, only because I want a different car. Looked at the Carolla, and HATE the front grill. All the other Toyotas also have an ugly front grill,. They make the car look ANGRY. So I've decided to get a Subaru. First NON-Toyota in 49 years, but I just can't stand the Toyota grill. But the Yaris is a very TIGHT car, well-designed and well constructed. I got over 100 thousand miles on the original clutch and on the original brakes, and neither is showing any signs of failure. The MPG is great. I get 43.6 on the highway at 65 MPG, and around 42 in the city. Toyota: Clean up the front end, and I'll be back. Until then, it was GREAT knowing you.

2015 Toyota Yaris review
Been struggling to make the claimed fuel consumption, and i dont have a heavy foot, but its not super bad. Reliabilty is excellent i brought it used im now at 75 000km with zero issues. I think ill keep it until i have enough money to buy a BMW

Ubered three years in it and everybody said this is a great little car. They were thinking about getting it for their teenagers first brake job at 266,000 miles I’m sorry incorrect 244,000 miles. Great gas mileage, pretty quick for a little car no problems catching up to people.

2014 Toyota Yaris review
Love the feel of the drive of the Yaris hatchback. It maneuvers around traffic so easily. It holds the road and I feel very in control when I drive it. I'm a little surprised that it doesn't get as good of gas mileage as my 2014 Corolla, but still averages about 30 miles/gallon. Very happy with the purchase.

2012 Toyota Yaris review
I love this car. in 20 16 I found it on Craig's list, used, 2012, 24,000 miles. I never cared for Toyota but my sister has a friend that has one and loves it. My Hyundai was totaled and I needed a car right away. Best car I ever had and I've had many, mostly Fords. I never had any issues with it, keep it serviced though. So why did Geico raise my insurance premium? The reason I was told is Yaris is not a good enough car, too many problems and hard to get replacement parts and 2012 year is considered too old. I now only have 34,939 miles on it. I had other cars insured by Geico. This doesn't make sense.

Fast and dirty. 20+ salesmen all busy. 800 used cars from auction, none of them have been detailed yet. If you need a car today on a sub $15k budget I would go here and detail it yourself. Good place to buy a first car. Don’t buy a luxury item or anything collectible. The the inventory doesn’t turn super fast so every single car will likely need a rotor resurfacing. They had family guy on the tv which I thought was odd for a dealership. Not really dealership vibes, which is good!

2013 Toyota Yaris review
The best car I have ever owned. The critical ratings that it has received are mainly due to the fact that this car is made to be a standard five speed, and most Americans can't drive cars with manual transmissions. So Toyota makes Yarises with automatic transmissions for the U.S. market, and with an automatic transmission, acceleration speed and fun-to-drive are lost. This is a little European type car. It beats any other car in its class, and gets bogus bad reviews from people who have limited driving tastes.

I am pleased to share my recent experience of purchasing a car from Parkway Auto Center, where I received exceptional service from Marcus Anzivino. After conducting a credit check, which did not yield the best results, Marcus advised me to contact my bank, make a payment on my credit card, and request a pre-auto loan. I followed his advice on Friday morning, but unfortunately, my bank declined my application. I promptly informed Marcus of the denial, despite having made a payment on my credit card in an effort to improve my chances of approval. I then inquired about the possibility of having my brother cosign the loan, to which Marcus agreed. He sent me a link where my brother could provide the necessary cosign information, and within 30 minutes, Marcus contacted me with the welcome news that my application had been approved. He inquired about a convenient time for me to collect my new vehicle. I was thrilled to receive this news, especially considering that my bank had previously declined my application and having my brother cosign was my last resort. With winter approaching, I was eager to acquire a reliable vehicle, so I informed my brother of the update, and we proceeded to sign the necessary paperwork the following day, on Saturday. 2015 Toyota Yaris review
Make no mistake, this isn’t a cool car. I bought it used from hertz with 30k miles in just 18 months, and have driven it another 65k. It’s as reliable as any Toyota. I average 33mpg over 4 years. The infotainment is good, ride quality is acceptable, and same goes for power. It’s made to be cost effective and easy to park, and that’s exactly what it is. I keep wanting to sell it and buy something fancier, but I just can’t justify it. Should go another 150k+
