I love everything about my 2017 TRD PRO Cement Gray 4Runner "except" the ENTUNE system. The Quick Text message system only works 1 out of 20 times. Not very useful when hands free safety is concerned. Dealer R&Red the Entune system, however replacement Entune has same problem. Not happy as this adds to the danger of handling a phone instead of using the Entune Quick Text while driving. The Entune system Quick Text didn't work with either of my new Samsung or Moto Android phones even after I changed phone carriers. Also the right side touch screen buttons on the original Entune system failed as well. Very disappointed Toyota. This was my second 4runner purchase. Other than the Entune system, a perfect vehicle IMO.

I needed a tire repair, my advisor kept me informed on the progress, the waiting room was clean and comfortable and the wait time was short.

This is the biggest reason I'm happy with this car. It's actually known for reliability and I can attest to this. In fact, maintenance has been straightforward and would last well beyond 200,000 miles if cared for.

For a non full size pickup it seems pricey, but then again full size truck prices are ridiculous. The interior is really nice, spacious and well built. The truck handles incredibly well, and the 4 cylinder turbo has plenty of power. I was impressed with it's 6,000+ towing power. The exterior is mean looking and looks great heading down the road. I bought a SR model because I need a truck, not something full of options. The only downside is the box is smaller and holds a lot less than a full size and the Toyota sense safety is a bit much. I know it's there for a reason but it can be confusing.

New owner of a 2024 Limited, extremely happy with the driving comfort, even though it does have a restricted leg room in the backseat which seldom is used. Upgraded technology inside the cabin with the 14 inch screen and the dial controls for the radio four-wheel-drive and HVAC controls. I really like the spray in bedliner power tailgate the exterior bed lights and the power steps also the rear sliding power window. my fuel economy is about 22 miles per the gallon but as of now it’s only got 1000 miles on it so I’m anticipating that to improve as the engine gets broken in. I do find that the standard turbo four-cylinder makes a slight rumble going uphill, but I have ordered a sound attenuation pad for under the hood and that should eliminate that. I find the driver in passenger seats to be equally comfortable with good bolstering as well as a lumbar support system that is four ways. I was a previous owner of a Ford F150 and a Dodge Ram 1500, but I wanted a pick up truck that would fit in my garage. Having have been a previous Toyota owner, I am looking forward to many years of problem free concerns based on the high-quality of Toyota and also the ACSI rating number of 83.

Nice people and while you wait. They buy you lunch and a full tank of gas! They'll try to make things work. And free oil change!!!

For the size of motor it's surprisingly powerful. The transmission is smart and performs when needed, use the manual shift when needed. The ride is smooth, the suspension superior on the freeway handling anything I ask of it nicely. Off road it has traction features galore, nothing left for complaints. Best truck I ever owned.

I leased a 2020 Toyota Tacoma and loved it. It was reliable but a little loud inside but that was fine. I just looked at the 2024 Tacoma and they got ride of the 6 cylinder and got a turbo motor. I don’t trust anything made after 202- so I’m looking for a 2021 Tacoma.

I bought this truck new , it has 30000 miles on it ! Great truck, have never had a problem with it. Excellent acceleration, about 18, 19 miles per gallon, 6 cylinder.

Corey and team went above and beyond to help me and my twin 16 yr old daughters. We had just spent 2 hrs at a competitors dealership getting belittled and chastised. He went out of his way to show us everything they had within our price range. It was also 115 outside and that didnt stop him from providing great customer service. But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I love my Tacoma. I've always been a GMC person, but wasn't happy with their smaller pickup options. I made the jump to a Tacoma and I've already driven it across the country. I was very comfortable, extremely happy with performance.

Was looking for a mid-size truck to replace a big Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 and a small 90's model Chevy S-10 pickup. Was interested in the new gen Nissan Frontier but went with the Tacoma. My first ever Tacoma truck. A 2022 SR with the V-6 motor and SX package. Purchased it used with about 9,000 miles on it. Overall I really like the size and style of the vehicle. The previous owner put a leveling kit and wheel spaces on it. As well as 285 AT tires. It has that go anywhere look. And while it has the power, the tranny is lackluster. And it rides like a truck which is good and bad. I've had a lot of compliments on it so it's obvious there are a lot of Taco fans out there. I got it at a fair deal and you just can't beat the reliability factor. Probably won't be my last Tacoma because this one meets or exceeds most all my expectations. Happy camper here!

We left with our dream car and we LOVE it. We got the 2026 Passport TrailSport! It’s an awesome vehicle. This dealership was top notch from the moment we stepped out of our old car until we drove away in the new one. We were treated so well and each step of the process was effortless and efficient. I have yet to get this 2024 4runner TRD Pro stuck, and I have tried. Love this thing. Its already made it across the country and back. Ive had it since April of 2024 and about to break 20k miles. Had water to the bumper and mud to the frame and this thing keeps on ticking wheels keep turnin.

I have the 2017 Cement colored TRD Pro. I love everything about it except the EnTune system where the Quick Response works inconsistently like 1 out of 10 times. The dealer replaced the system but even the new replacement exhibits the same issues. Quick response text fails the same way with my Samsung and Moto android phones. The original Engine system right bank of touch keys stopped functioning soon after warranty. :-(. But it was replaced by the dealer since I had a history of complaints about the inadequate Engine Text Quick Response....it still fails to send the Quick response message 9 out of 10 times and reports a error message. Dealer tried updating SW but that didn't work Other than this we love our 2nd 4Runner. The other 4 Runner is a SR5 Sport V8 4WD. We love it as well
