I came in for the first service on my 4runner. Nick, the service advisor was very professional and got car done quickly.

$35/month bump in electric bill, $220/month saved in gas. Smooth ride, all the modern touches. Took a bit of getting used to not having a spare tire, but I could lug one around if it was a deal breaker. (The flat repair kit and roadside service say it isn't.) Love the adaptive cruise control, but sometimes it gets fooled when I move into a turn lane, so I tap the brake before that move. I rarely commute more than 50 miles a day, so no issue with charge. Took a 380 mile round trip and had no issue planning the ride to meet a Level 3 charger en route at lunch time. There are numerous apps for that. I added a home Level 2 fast charger for under 1k, and jumped on a discounted rate plan, so it's always at 80% when I get up in the morning. I like this car much more than I thought I would.

Lauren Leonard is a rockstar! Had a frustrating experience with Toyotas national call in center for scheduling but was fortunately transferred to Lauren and she changed my whole experience from frustrating to fantastic! It was apparent how much she cared about giving me GREAT service from the second we began our interaction. She got me scheduled, serviced my RAV4 with professionalism and got me in and out with great efficiency. Loved my Toyota service experience all because of Lauren! Large doors and front seats. Easy to get in and out. You have to pull past the protective bollard at the gas pump as to not ding the edge of the door. A lot of safety bells and whistles for an older car. Can tow with the best and high enough to take fishing and hunting. Good power. Feels safe in winter driving with in reason. If it gets icy or the snow gets over 5” I stay home. Operational noise is not annoying even when pulling into traffic or down shifting going up a steep hill. It gets almost 21 miles per gallon. I have no intention of spending thousands more on a vehicle to get better gas mileage. It’s paid off. I’m retired and put about 8000 miles a year on it. It still runs like new. I would love to keep it as long as I can. It also can haul pretty much everything I need.

I recently had my car serviced at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Like many people I think, I had not taken my car to a dealer for servicing for quite some time. Instead, I used a smaller private mechanic for services like oil changes and the little things that came up, but had not done much in the way of regular maintenance other than that. Earlier this summer we were going to take the car for a long road trip, and I decided to take my car in for an oil change and a check up to be sure it was safe for a long trip. My service representative, Mark Waters did an excellent job. He explained to me what he felt needed to be done. Essentially it was a 60K mile service, All the fluids were checked and replaced, a new drive belt, checked my tires, new wiper blades, and a number of other regular maintenance things. The car drove great on the trip. The trip included many miles on the highway in the pouring rain. I felt comfortable and safe knowing my car had recently been serviced. Upon my return the air conditioning went out. Mark had the mechanic Kevin Parry inspect it and determined I needed a new compressor. They were able to have the car back for me the next morning. Kevin even fixed a few minor body work adjustments on my front fender and on my driver’s seat electrical controls at no charge. Both times I used them, when I picked up my car it was delight to find that it had also been washed for me. I will certainly continue to use Jim Coleman and won’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Five Stars!

this is an awesome car. Mine was white withe the black top red leather seats, which is very hard to find. I found one bought it out of state delivered to my home 10 months ago. Almost a month ago some jerk speeding hit the front. Totaled my car. wont ever be another like it. it was a lot of fun to drive, handling was great around turns, very reliable sporty car powerful and fast

I'm totally satisfied with my camry. It's the most advanced automobile I've ever driven.I commute 50 miles per day round trip and I get on average 53 miles per gallon. The traffic assist feature is my most used as I'm always in bumper to bumper traffic, this is when the camry hybrid shines best as it makes its own electricity. I've never owned a Toyota before. I traded my malibu for it & have never looked back.

It’s kind of funny. It’s a Corolla Hybrid, but looks so sporty that I find a lot of people look to race me when the light turns green…it’s a Corolla, and it’s not quick…at all. But, that’s a testament to its appearance. It’s very nice looking in the SE trim. The performance and CVT are prohibitive to excitement, but it is economical and adequate for normal city and highway driving. The road noise is pretty bad, but the suspension supple and it absorbs road imperfections well. The seats in front and the rear are comfortable. It does lack storage space as well. The glove box is basically just big enough to hold your registration. The center console is very small as well. The base sound system is its biggest flaw. It is terrible. I don’t know if the upgraded stereo is much better or worth the upgrade, but with as much road noise as there is, a better/louder stereo is needed to hear the music and drown out the other noise. I am averaging about 44-45 MPG in the AWD SE Hybrid.

I have 34K miles on my '21 Camry and have enjoyed every mile! Traveling from FL to MN and back every year, we get 39+ MPG at 75 MPH (who needs hybrid or electric). The 4 banger engine provides more than adequate power. The transmission is the only weak point - Probably the worst automatic trans I have ever owned. It hunts and shifts to a lower gear needlessly at just about any speed.

Excellent service advisor and assistant service manager - James Kim. The service department receives high volumes of customers, but James is always ready to give his customers great service and honest assessments and results. While convenience is also a reason I take my vehicle to Koons, pricing is also competitive and I prefer using OEM parts for my vehicle.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

I've had two excellent experiences with Shockley Honda when buying a car from them. The first was a little over a year ago and the second experience was last week. I found an excellent 2018 CR-V at a very reasonable price, but had a disabled trade-in over 65 miles away. Shockley not only gave me a fair amount for the trade-in, but also arranged to both deliver my "new" vehicle and pick up the "old" vehicle, saving me quite the effort to arrange things otherwise. My sales guy was Chris Collinson and handled everything from start to finish. There was no high-pressure sales or hidden add-ons. I have had a great experience with this car. It now has over 130,000 miles on it. And still going strong. I've only had to do the brakes. I changed the oil every 3000 miles. I did have to change. The driver's side axle. Toyota had a recall on the paint. So I now have a new paint job. The car looks wonderful. Like brand new? It has a brand new set of tires. Very dependable. It's a little noisy on the highway. But I expected that. The entertainment system. Is excellent. So it drowns out the highway noise. It handles great. The steering is precise. Overall, I would recommend this car. Especially to anyone who is seeking a low budget. Car. With good reliability.

I want to say that our salesperson Jason Harvey was really super helpful after going to Koons Tyson Toyota after a rather poor experience at Darcars Toyota. I had intended to just look at a red RAV4 they had in stock but we went home with it that night and left them our 2000 Honda CRV. I have deal with more than a few car salespersons over the past 3 months but Jason was one of the top friendly and helpful salespersons that I have dealt with. If most car salepersons were just half as good and friendly as him, the world would be a better place. I highly recommend him. LOL, being my 2000 Honda CRV was totally lacking most modern features found current new cars, he had to explain quite a bit to me and my wife and certainly helped set up our Apple carplay. My wife really liked him too.

We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. We switched from 4Runner to Highlander! Many years of Toyota loyalty in our family. Camrys to Tacoma’s we have had them all. I stole my wife’s 4Runner away from her and replaced it with a 2021 Highlander XSE. It’s been awesome. Bought it brand new. We just hit 65k. We drive from northern Idaho to Scottsdale Az all year and at anytime. Yes, anytime. AWD Snowmobile. It’s awesome in the snow! 22-28 MPG on the Hwy. For those worried about driving a wagon looking vessel around that does not have the great looks of the 4Runner? Don’t worry about it. The XSE has a great looking front end. The XSE Model handles great and boogies. Yes, it’s quick and drives like a sports car. Well, it handles well not quite a sports car. Don’t get the regular Highlander. XSE looks different, has the JBL stereo and drives great. AWD with a Snow Mode. Oh, and it had a third row for little ones. Reliability - been amazing. Zero issues.

This is my second Prius. I am bullish on Toyota autos. The stereo system is awesome. I purchased this vehicle to obtain great fuel mileage. This model year's Prius generates better fuel economy than the 2007 model I previously owned. The safety features prevent accidents due to unavoidable blind spots when viewing oncoming traffic thru the side-view mirrors. Pitfalls: less rear trunk storage space than the 2007 model. The center console box has less volume. I demanded a donut spare tire when I purchased this model. Not all models have donut spare tires. I do not think this is a auto to have in a cold climate state - - yearly issue of snow/ice and below freezing temps.

I purchased 2018 White Camry SE with 8-speed transmission, with 36,000 miles on in May 2019. Now has 163,000 miles on it and still runs perfect. Everyone thinks it has turbo in it and that is because I use gear shift of course love the 8- speed transmission. Have no problems passing people. When I use cruise control at 69 mph have got around 41-43 mpg. Only issue had with my car was first year was a vacuum line staying open at times and it caused my car use more gas. Noticed the rpm guage wasn't dropping at times it was staying around 2 rpm instead dropping.. Took it to the dealership and that was the issue. Since then My car hasn't failed me at all!! Had for almost 6 yrs now and still love it!! I have been looking at getting Toyota Rava 4 but I keep going back to the 2021-2023 Toyota Camry SE of course White which to me is the prettiest and sharpest looking one. This is becaue I like to have little suv love have Tacome but I be looking at Camry SE. Lol.. This is a Nice looking , riding and very dependable car!! Thank You For My Toyota!!
