I purchased a new 2019 SLT with the X1 package. It has the Red Quartz Tintcoat paint. I usually never leave reviews, but honestly this is the most comfortable, nicest loking truck I've owned , and I've ownwd alot of them. The only issues I've had was the brake software was flawed, took it to the dealer on recall and they installed a new software patch, Other then that I love the styling, performance and the interior is very nice. No regrets

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

I always enter a new dealership with hesitation; will they have integrity while conducting sales, or be xxxxxxxx going for the quick buck? East Hills was great to work with: clearly a professional and efficient dealership and Paul Whaley, my salesperson, was incredibly thorough in answering my questions and fully accommodating, but never pushy. Karen Rose in Financing was just as through, accommodating and patient with my questions and her pup, Mia, was a joy to meet. Raul, not my salesperson, made for very pleasant conversation during my wait. While I just purchased my car, I've no barometer to guage long-term support/customer care, but I've no worries that East Hills will be just as accommodating (and if not, I'll update this review). When it's time for my new truck, I'll surely return.

The Silverado is my dream vehicle, I've wanted one ever since I was a kid and my dad had one. I needed a full sized 4 x 4 truck w/ room for the family to be comfortable during trips and the Silverado LT is it! Everything I could ask for and more! Plus, Jeremy at Champion Hargreaves Chevrolet was outstanding; I ended up with a lifetime powertrain warranty, a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership, and the price was a steal for a truck w/ only 26,000 miles on it! I am as happy as a clam!

I purchased a new 2025 XLT powerboost about a month ago. Got around 1500 miles on it. The overall performance of the truck is awesome. Its a good looking truck. I have added tint windows, hard bed cover and I am getting the upgraded leather package for it as well. The gas mileage is great and with hybrid it gets even better. The handling is good. The stop & go is also great. I went from a 2020 Nissan Titan to this F150 and must say I am impressed overall with the truck. I happy about the warranty that ford provided and look to maybe get the extended warranty when the time comes.

Dealt with Billy, sales manager, Frank, salesperson, and Dennis, finance-person. Professional and honest (all three). We drove 3 - 4 hours from Connecticut to see a 2018, Ford Edge, SEL. Of course, I called for it’s availability. After speaking with Billy, he advised me to think it over before taking such a long drive, however, he will gladly hold the vehicle for 4 hours without any strings attached. He asked that I call him, if I changed my mind from the drive so he can sell the car if needed be. He promised that the car will be available for my family. We took the journey! We arrived 4 hours later. The car was there! Met Billy. He immediately introduced us to Frank. Frank was ready, kind, and professional. Catered to my family and trusted us with car. After 30-45 minutes of test driving. We came back, ready to “negotiate”. Ready, to go “back-and-forth” with the sales people. Ready, to hear the “hidden fees”. We met with Frank, and guess what?! 2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

Just got a new 2025 Tacoma SR5 in the blue slush color. I love my new Taco and Temecula Toyota gave me a smoking deal on lt. I looked around at some other trucks. The Jeep Gladiator was kind of nice but they are having major problems with them. The Nissan frontier is a nice looking truck, but you don’t see many on the road. There must be a reason for that. lol. Ford was not willing to deal on the F150 price. I’ve had a few Toyotas and Lexus and they run for ever with no problems.

Bought my 2015 TRD Off Road Tacoma new off the lot and it has been a solid truck. I have only had to do a few things to it here and there, but I pull a trailer with a 1200lb SXS to West Virginia several times per year. In other words, I use my truck! I love it. Like any vehicle it isn't perfect. It has a few squeaks and rattles and there are things that could've been improved, but the engine and tranny are still going strong at 186k miles. I do hate that the headlights are prone to haze over and there is a noticeable whistle when traveling at 70+mph especially during crosswinds. The touchscreen display is impossible to read in bright sunlight because of the angle, and the blower fan could use more adjustment. As it gets older I have noticed there is some leakage of air to the defroster because the airway door isn't closing off completely. I can live with that. I have people ask me all the time if I want to sell it and I'm like NOPE! I'll keep it as long as I can.

Great truck to own. The 2023 GMC Sierra Denali with the 6.2L engine delivers excellent power, smooth performance, and a refined driving experience. The ride quality, interior comfort, and overall build quality are outstanding. I have had no issues whatsoever, and it has been a reliable, enjoyable vehicle from day one. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium full-size truck.

Always friendly and honest service. I bought a CPO Escape from Stamford Ford a number of years ago. There was a stupid problem with Ford Credit - it was enough to make me cancel the order. When Dominic found out about it, he called Ford Credit and told them to get it right. They did, and Dominic called me back and made the deal happen! Since then, Ive been bringing my Escape to them for service. They are reliable, friendly, and HONEST. Scott Ferrara in service is THE BEST! I noticed a number of reviews with regards to lack of communication while vehicle is in service, especially having a person answer the phone. This appears to have started since Covid. I'm guessing that it is because it seems harder to get good help these days. This is not unique to any dealership or brand. In fact, I have another brand of car that I bring to another dealership. By comparison, this other dealer does not deserve to clean the floors at Stamford Ford. The service advisors at Stamford Ford provide you with a cell phone # you can text if you need to, which is a lot easier than getting though via phone. Again shout out to Scott in Service!!

Bought this truck new. I’ve put 3500 miles on it and it rides really comfortably. I went from an AT4 with dead lifters to this. I love this truck and I have not towed with it but the max I’m towing is 6,000 so that should not be an issue.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.

I purchased many different trucks over the years and landed recently on my new to me 2017 Ram Laramie 4x4. It does everything well and tows like a semi 5.7 Hemi with 3.92 rear gear and the 8-speed transmission.

3.6 motor experience cold wether limp mode Several times. Dealer claims no update for carburetor freeze up. Stranded on extreme cold days. Very concerned and disappointing

This is simply the finest dealership anywhere. First of all it is family owned and every member of the family actually works there. One of the owners, Bob Fedor, personally oversaw the purchase of our new Ram. He was 100% available and was in the background throughout our entire experience making sure everything went perfectly. He is honest, caring, and completely forthright. By the time we picked up our new Ram we felt like we were a part of his family. Our salesman, Mark Setaro, couldn't have been more professional or helpful. Mark was knowledgeable about every aspect of our purchase and helped me from start to finish making himself available at all times even when he wasn't working. Buying a new vehicle can be extremely stressful, however, when you have a professional such as Mark guiding you through the process it is anything but. The purchase of our 2022 Ram Rebel was a surprise gift for my wife and Mark and Bob went to great lengths to make it all happen. I can not express how appreciative I am to them both or what a great experience this has been.

Purchased a 2022 Laramie, RWD, Hemi 5.7L, Crew Cab with 21,000 miles. Other than no nav system, the truck is pristine. I am the 3rd owner; the other two maintained it beautifully. This V8 gets better city/hwy mileage than my for V6, 4x4, Crew Cab Nissan Frontier. I am most please with this vehicle!

Mike Grimaldi did a great job selling me my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I purchased at the end of November and took advantage of some incentives the manufacturer made available at the last minute. Not only did I want a Grand Cherokee, but I wanted an option for automatic emergency braking. Mike knew this option and was able to describe it in detail -- in addition to all the other features of this vehicle. I remain pleasantly surprised by the features baked into my Jeep. I appreciate the confidence the Jeep brand has on the road. And I appreciate the time spent by Mike Grimaldi to ensure I was completely satisified. Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.
