Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

They were super helpful and low pressure, and the car is exactly what we need. The financing was easy and they can work with folks with a lower credit score. They have a large inventory from which to choose with odometer readings under 90,000, and the car came professionally detailed. My husband and I are very happy with this purchase!

I bought this car with 200k miles on it. Still runs great and its a perfect car if your looking for more luggage space. Great camping car too! I just love this van and I couldn't ask for more.

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. We have the 2025 XSE AWD without leather seats. It is very comfortable to drive and ride in, has lots of power, and has many safety features. With the 3 traction (not plug in) hybrid motors we have averaged over 33 mpg (reviews claim 35/36) with combined driving using regular unleaded gas. Only downside is there is no spare tire, but instead an inflation kit.

Great experience! Price was what it was advertised at! Gave me a great deal on my trade! Found me a better interest rate than Navy Fed. I got there at 9:00am did a test drive and was done by 11:40 on my way home with my new used car!

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

I went in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted to look at. I called ahead of time and they had the vehicle ready and waiting to test drive when I got there. The first thing John said was `Ask me anything about this car and I can tell you.? And he did! The precious dealership I had been at knew very little about their inventory OR the two cars I test drove. I had to keep correcting them about the year and features of the cars. At Antwerpin they were attentive and so kind, unlike my experience at the previous dealership. Once I decided to purchase the car, John and Ricky were awesome, and Tom in finance made the paperwork a breeze. I love my car and will refer anyone to Antwerpin for their car needs!

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Recently I took my 2011 terrain back for repairs for the 2nd time. After facing a bill of $492.00 Mr. Bacon understood my problem and told me "don't worry , the parts are on the way and your window will be fixed. He later told me that they want me to pay $100.00. I told him my 1st visit was within my warranty and I shouldn't even have a bill. Later he came back and told me "you're good". I thanked him for his services. I will call Mr. Bacon for future services.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Gus and his daughter were very honest with me and helped me purchase a very affordable and reliable Honda Civic. The vehicle was inspected and registered for me so that was a relief since I still do not know my way around town yet. I loved the fact that it is a small family business. Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.
