I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. A little research on the vehicle I bought confirmed that I got a great deal, in my opinion. Pierre Ford of Lynwood was more than fair when it came to their financing and vehicle pricing. I want to give a shout-out to Carlos and Sergio, who helped me throughout the entire process. What a fantastic experience. Alex Corzo called me in the morning, i told him what i was looking for, exactly where i stood on my trade, what i wanted as a trade in price at a realistic number and he simply said he would do what he could and get the ball rolling. Mind you i live in Little Rock and they are located in Rogers Ar almost 3,.5 hours away. Seriously within i guess about 1 hour or 1.5 hours he let me know the deal was worked out, they gave me exactly what i wanted and simply asked if i was happty with the deal and explained everything to me clearly. While i had waited on the deal to be worked out, he sent me a video of the car, very detailed in and out. We agreed that i like the deal and i was so excited i told him i would leave immediatley to head up there to get the car. Heres what made the deal so great, it was just straight up to make me happy and want to buy the car or as many people call it, Customer service. Landers toyota of little rock was hours of playing games , no return calls , failure to even try to work out a number that didnt appease the finance department or the numbers. NWA Toyota landers was just a breath of fresh air and so much relax and no stress ah so nice! Alex had the paperwork all ready for me, no waiting for 2 hours or more. Alex made sure i tested the car, made sure i was happy with the car, answered all question,he knew i drove 3 hours so let me unwind some and have a coffee. it was so relaxed, and then we went thru all the paper work ALL READY FOR ME Filled out .. woo hoo. i then waited prob 20 minutes for finance with Joseph, he was also so professional and kind and explained everything to me clearly. then boom 10 maybe 15 minutes later i was out the door in a clean, gas filled bmw. Thank you thank you for the incredible customer service and giving not only me but many people the faith back in the auto dealership, Landers Toyota little rock take notes!! i am so happy with my new whip,., and its purple....hahhah

When he called at 7:30 am, Yes, called first thing, in the morning...He was very patient in listening to me explain the concerns I had with my truck. Was very informative as to the initial estimate, and as to what he thought might be the cause of my concerns. He had promised to keep me posted on the progress throughout the day and he truly kept his word. Not only had he found and fixed all my concerns, he also noticed a recall that hadn't been addressed, so he took the time to take care of that as well.. AND, I had my truck back the same day.. 2019 Volkswagen Atlas review
This is my 2nd VW. My 1st was a 02 passat I bought in 2013. It was the most reliable car I ever owned. It has 230000 miles and still runs great! This Atlas takes things to a whole different level. The look, performance and features are world-class! The only knock I would have is the mpg is average at best. Only 20mpg on average. But overall it is a great vehicle for the price. The SEL trim is fully loaded. Whatever feature you could imagine, it has it. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come.
