From the second I walked in he greeted me with a smile. We took a test drive and was very helpful and thorough with showing me everything I needed to know. Got back and started gathering my info, plugging numbers. It’s rare to see anymore but a very honest upfront dealership. Not trying to scam you into a higher payment no manipulation etc. That is Very very hard to find. He took me down to show me the service department extremely clean and orderly compared to others I’ve seen cannot recommend this dealership enough from the people to the honesty this is where you want to be. Cannot thank Michael more for his help and was fortunate to work with him. Anthony in finance was also very warm and welcoming and made the process quick and effortless.

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
So my Habenero orange R Line is named Princess... she is quick when she needs to be, and eco mode is there for when she doesn't. Gas mileage is fantastic either way. She is so responsive, the handling on her is top notch. I've put a LOT of miles on her, I think upwards of 50k without a single mechanical failure. A few accidents, the front collision sensor is a pain to replace but I like in a bumper car city, unfortunately.

He returned my phone calls promptly, he listened to what I wanted in a new car, he presented me with all of the information about the A5. Dan provided a Car Fax Report. Dan was easy to work with. He wanted to make sure I was happy with all of the details of my purchase. I found him to be upbeat, professional , positive and he paid attention to all of the details. Nick Valentino was also helpful in pointing out the positives in purchasing a certified pre-owned car. Nick helped locate and orchestrated getting splash guards installed on my Audi A5. Nick followed up after the sale to make sure that I had all that I needed. The warranty was a real selling point. Also it was thoroughly inspected and made like new. The Technologist, Logan Bertok, came to our home in Massillon, an hour’s drive, to set up the garage opener and go through all the technological options in our car with my wife and I.The new technology can be overwhelming but Logan was patient, generous with his time, and very thorough about explaining and setting up everything! He has a great demeanor and outstanding communication skills. Audi of Bedford provided great service and a great car for us. Dan, Nick, and Logan were professional and superb in delivering our new A5 convertible. It is a beautiful car!

2019 Volkswagen Jetta review
I purchased my 2019 Jetta R-Line brand new with 27 miles on the odometer in June of 2020. As of this review I have owned the vehicle nearly 5 years. My car now has 57,000 miles on it. I have never experienced any mechanical failures. The vehicle still has the factory battery, brake pads, and rotors. I have only replaced the tires and cabin air filter. Aside from that, routine maintenance including oil changes every 7,500 miles (despite VW calling for 10k interval), and flushing the coolant and brake fluids around 50k miles. My car is comfortable albeit a little small for a man of my stature. It's excellent on gas and handles like a dream. I have gotten compliments on it's looks since day one. The cold weather package is excellent and essential up here in the northeast. I paid 20k for the car brand new and its proven to be an excellent value. My only complaints, the stock sound system is not horrible but it's not great. Also, the driver seat is beginning to have cracks in the leather. I'm very satisfied with this vehicle. I hope this one lasts a while but I will check out VW first for my next vehicle purchase.

I just bought an F350 diesel. High output 6.7 L. I needed it to tow my Z 3100 Brinkley fifth wheel. Justin Jankovic knows his Ford Vehicles, he is a Ford truck lover like myself. He explained to me how the truck he had was the one that would be best for Towing my Camper. It had a fifth wheel Tow prep package for $750. If I had to get it installed it would’ve cost about two grand. They had the color I wanted red. I couldn’t find one in the Central Ohio area. Justin answered all my questions. We had numerous phone calls and texts, and he was always responsive. He communicated very well in great detail, I highly recommend buying a car or a truck from Justin. He went above and beyond to help me get the truck I needed thank you Justin . David, Poston, Central Ohio area.

2021 Volkswagen Jetta review
I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

I've bought so many cars in life my friends think I am a dealer. I'm a car guy, I work on all of them myself and I just like cars. I typically buy from private owners because I have a disdain when it comes to car dealerships and sales people. I have hair raising stories to prove this. One of my favorites is when I bought a car online from Florida and had it shipped to Ohio. It had a one thousand mile warranty. The salesperson told me the warranty would be expired upon arrival because it was over a thousand mile transit........On a car carrier....... seriously. While surfing around I find the car I wanted and they are an hour and forty five minute drive. At first I thought that's too far to go kick a tire until I started reading their reviews, the way they acquire the cars and the benefits of their family owned dealership. I was apprehensive about putting my hand on the stove again but my intuition cried out to me saying this would be different. My first fact finding call put me through to Dave who is incredibly sharp and I knew immediately I had to take this shot. I called back to make an appointment and was connected to Rachael who was VERY accommodating and told me to let her know when I was on my and she would hold the car until we arrived. When we got there we met and within a minute felt like family members. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without any of the usual sales stuff thrown at you. She is absolutely phenomenal! So we get to look at and drive the Lincoln MKZ which was super clean and everything they advertised. All of the cars around it were exceptional too. We did buy the car with unparalleled confidence. The inspection and the attention to detail provided was remarkable. I am elated with Rachael and Dave, the car the dealership and the way we were treated. They are THE nicest most easy going no pressure people in this business. I can't say enough about the how great the entire experience was!! Epic! The most honest and truthful people you'll ever meet. I will be a return customer.

9/2017 purchase offered significant dealer and MFG discounting....................OTD Jetta S with the manual shift was $1437.05. At 68,000 miles I've not had a single issue. Fuelly says just under 41 MPG in 35/65 city/highway use. My best highway miles Sacramento - LA round trip was 50.3 on Interstate 5. esshift5

2023 Volkswagen Jetta review
The 2023 Jetta S and Jetta Sport are just about the best value you can find in a new car these days. Sure, you can buy a Hyundai or a Kia for a little less, but the Jetta is so much more car. I know from experience. I test drove the 2023 Kia Forte, Hyundai Elantra, Honda Civic, and Toyota Corolla. And the Jetta stood out with a level of quality that those other cars just didn't seem to have. If you need the latest technology, and a huge touchscreen, buy one of those other cars. The Jetta has a smaller screen. But I like that the Jetta still have knobs and buttons for the A/C and basic radio controls. The Jetta is also offered without driver assist features if you want to save some money. I bought my 2023 Jetta Sport without lane keep assist and all those extra features I don't like, because I pay attention when I drive. This knocked off a nice bit of money. After driving all those new cars, the Jetta had room where I needed it, comfort, and a level of quality I just didn't feel in the other cars, so I bought it. And I am very happy with my purchase.

2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".
