I love my Passat SE. My only complaint: being 6'1" I find it somewhat difficult to get in and out of the car. It sits too low. But once in the car it's most comfortable and a pleasure to drive. The driving assists and adaptive curse are marvelous. I think it's one of the nicest looking cars I've ever owned.

I want to start off with the compassion this place has for the customers. I never once felt pressured for anything when being here and talking with the sales reps. I had the pleasure of doing business with Rami. He took things at my pace, was very understanding and I felt tried his hardest to get me into the car I so desperately wanted. He kept me updated on the car and walked me through each step making sure I was comfortable and answering my questions to reassure me of what was going on. Then came the gorgeous Vanessa who emailed me during the week to make sure my dream car was still available. When I went into the dealership she introduced herself and sat to talk to me even though I was working with Rami. She was very nice and also made my experience that much better. She honestly cared and I could tell by how passionately she spoke to me and could see it in her eyes. Last came Argenis who tried his hardest to get me the best deal I could handle. He was very professional and walked me through everything. He made the experience very comfortable and I am very pleased with my whole experience here. I would recommend 10/10. My best experience by far with any auto group.

I bought mind taso in late march. Brand new love it! Great mileage, Drive beautifully. Mind is a SE. Comfort seats. I can not find anything to say bad of my vw.

Always entertaining to drive, accommodating rear seat and trunk, costs less than the hatchback GTI. Smooth cars fast and Comfortable. Along with being more affordable and The 2021 Volkswagen Jetta GLI has the same amazing driving attributes that make the Golf GTI a smash hit, and that earned it an Editors' Choice award. Although the hatchback has a nicer interior, it's actually the sedan that's more practical, thanks to its roomier back seat and bigger trunk. Both VWs boast a potent 228-hp turbocharged four-cylinder that mates to either an engaging manual transmission or a quicker-shifting automatic. The having a bigger back seat, the Jetta GLI sedan has the same performance acumen as the Golf GTI hatchback.

Had a 2015 Passat and now this 2017 SE w/Tech and Light Pkg. Had some frontend noise issues, the same on both the 15 and 17. It was expensive to fix at around 80K miles. My only tech problem is that my passenger side mirror stopped going down to display the curb when I back up. Average mileage is around 26 -27 with 75% city, stop and go traffic. I am pleased with that. My biggest complaint is my wife's complaint, the front seats aren't made for long trips. Her part is the Lumbar support, mine would be the lack of seat cushion. Other than those things, I love my Passat. The little tiny 1.8L is never short of power for me. I live in Texas and I don't feel good about pushing the little motor hour after hour much past 70 -75 mph, so I do get passed a lot, but I make up for it at the gas pumps.

I'm about a month into my ownership, so I can't comment on reliability. I have driven the Taos on a long road trip and in all situations. I think it hits the mark for being an extremely functional city car and is economical. It's well balanced, frugal on gas and has good enough performance to make it easy to live with. My other car is a VW GTI, which is my fun car. I sold my Golf Sportwagen and lost some driving feel going to the Taos but gained AWD, way more passenger space for family and friends and a more comfortable riding position for when I feel like running about. One of the ironies I've found with the Taos is that I expected it to be my road trip car of choice and that I would make the GTI my urban runabout. I think it will end up being the opposite with the Taos being pretty awesome for grocery getting and short trips. My mpg with AWD has been ~30mpg mixed at 2k miles. I don't do much more than 33mpg on the highway. My city mpg has been pretty good. My GTI gets 31mpg combined. I like the interior styling and glad to have buttons instead of the slider controls. I had a next-gen Golf as a rental in Spain last year, and the infotainment was a nightmare to use while driving. My one gripe about the interior is using soft touch on the front seat door panels and then hard plastic for the dash. I would have preferred all one or the other for a consistent look. The soft touch makes resting the elbow more comfortable, but there's soft touch near the door handle for that. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. I test drove the Tiguan a few times too, and that was a bit to long, had inferior visibility, has the less user friendly infotainment and squishier suspension. I thought the Tiguan looked good and had a nicer interior, but that was it.

Overall I had a really good experience here. I was not looking forward to car shopping because I know either you don’t get the price you want and or the dealer gets too pushy and you walk out with a little regret. That was not my experience here. I worked with a salesman named Luis and he was cool. I recommend this dealership.

This vehicle has exceeded my expectations. Smooth ride with lots of space. Two concerns with the brake sensor going bad too early for me and the park pilot message constantly coming on.

Great car with all of the hi tech features that I need such as blind spot monitor and rear cross traffic avoidance. Being a senior citizen I also like the winter package of heated seats and steering wheel. The remote start also is greatly appreciated! Gas mileage is also good and I like the engine stop feature at stop lights to save emissions!

I initially reached out for Information on a vehicle and Joseph chahine what is there to offer his knowledge and expertise on the vehicle. From there he was extremely accommodating and on top of it. He had the car prepared for me to review and had it pulled up to the front as I arrived. Joseph is extremely friendly and respectful. Although I did not purchase a car from him because I was looking for a specific used model that was not on the Buena Park Nissan lot, I wish I could?ve given Joseph my business. Great value for your money. Surpassed toyota canary for price and value. Only downside small 6.5 screen other than that the gas mileage is through the roof.

Car is a gem. Lots of room, handles well and has the power I need. I have the V6. When compared to the other cars of its size I drove including BMW, Mercedes and Audi. You get a car that has the German quality and sophisticated engineering yet saves thousands. I love it.

Wouldn't look like much to an untrained eye, as it's a small lot tucked in on a street corner surrounded by residential houses-- though looks are often deceiving. Saw an ad for a well priced car with low mileage, came over to check it out, and under the hood was impressive: had many fresh, new parts-- which at first had me suspicious that the repair job wasn't going to hold, but after a test drive and further inspection, I was satisfied with their competence. Jose and the owner (presumably named Jonny) have been running this joint for 12 years. When someone starts off buying cars from an Auto Trader magazine, repairing them, and flipping them off the streets and builds a company through it, I can't help but be impressed. Industrious dude, that Jose. Process was smooth as butter. DMV paperwork plus smog all worked out so I don't have to jump through hoops. Always weary of buying used from a dealer, but their experience made me feel like I was purchasing from someone who knows their stuff; one whom has a second nature for working on cars. Price wasn't particularly phenomenal, yet it was fair market value, plus some overhead fees I was willing to fork over for the assurance I wasn't going through a shady private party. Coupled with valid CarFax reports, I was sold from the get-go and it only took a little bit of getting to know Jose to seal the deal. Yeah, used car buying is scary and often shady business, and of course I had my paranoia set up high, but by the time I left, I was and still am confident that I made a solid choice. I bought the car brand new, and took real god care of it. It has nearly 280,000 and still runs like rand new. I am determined to take it to 300,000 miles which would be a first for me (and I am an old dude. LOL)

The car was bumped when being pulled out of the dealership and there was a dent on the back bumper as a result. The interior had colored pencil and other marks inside, and there was a small tear in the backseat leather. There is an issue with the EPC where a sudden stop, or jolt of the vehicle will cause the EPC light to go on and the car will start to drive funny. When driving conditions are stable and it is reset by turning the car off, that isn’t a problem. Though I may just take it in to the dealership to have them fix any and everything wrong.

We had a great experience at VW of GG...we never stepped foot into the dealership and made the purchase all virtually. The icing on the cake was that Chris delivered the car to us same day...and we live about 30 miles away from the dealership. It was truly painless and very upfront. This is how car buying should be.

Owner of a 2021 SEL-R Premium and I love this car. The tech is great. I had mine APR tuned and the drive isn’t noticeably better but still good. Definitely get the wheel/tire protection because these are known to not do so well in pothole season. Great mileage and the back seats are large enough for two adults no problem. I get tons of complements and questions. Great car. The premium level is worth the difference if you can find one.

I took in my 2012 VW Jetta to be serviced at Moss Bros Volkswagen of Moreno Valley. My car had two recalls and needed the horn replaced and some electrical diagnostics. As soon as I arrived, Francisco Pulido (Service Advisor) greeted me at my car door and immediately checked me in. Francisco worked with me throughout the entire process. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. My car stayed at the shop for two days, and Francisco kept me updated and was very transparent. I generally avoid service shops at dealerships due to cost and reputation. However, I had to take my car in because of the recalls, and I'm glad I took it to Moss Bros. My expectations were exceeded. Also, the shuttle driver (whose name I can't recall) was great. He was polite and provided exceptional customer service. He drove safely and obeyed all traffic laws. He initiated and maintained a pleasant and appropriate conversation with me throughout the duration of the drive. If needed, I would return to Moss Bros Volkswagen of Moreno Valley.

Amazing customer service!. Heriberto was the salesman who I worked with. Extremely personable and pleasant to work with. He was very straightforward and explained everything very well. This had to be the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. My previous experience was with Mercedes Benz where I spent a good 4-5 hours during the car buying process. Just because the car is "luxury" doesn't mean you'll receive quality customer service. What made the difference for me at Moss Bros was that Heriberto really listened to me and he accommodated my needs. We first talked on the phone and I told him I had two main concerns. I didn't want to spend all day (my one day off) at the dealership and I was going to have to get to the dealership late because I didn't have a car and needed to grab an uber. Heriberto heard this and made sure I was able to complete all the necessary paperwork and applications electronically so when I arrived I was there maybe an hour at most. And, the way I got there was not by uber, but by the dealership. Heriberto arranged for someone to pick me up from my home, in the car I wanted, and drive me to the dealership. Moreno Valley to Anaheim is a bit of a drive, but he made it happen. By the way, I don't like these types of surveys. I never complete them. I'm too busy but I had to do this one. Heriberto deserves to be acknowledged for representing Moss Bros extremely well. He's worth investing in. Lots of potential with this young man. Amazing team at Moss Bros! Excellent customer service. The good for this vehicle is the looks great and has the practicality to match. After going from dealership to dealership and testing multiple vehicles. This seems to check lots of boxes. Well designed front dashboard, good volume, decent acceleration and lots of safety features. The bad is use of hard plastics inside and lack of sound dampening materials. Having compared it to the Asian automotive manufacturers, it definitely feels less luxurious. It also feels downgraded to the outgoing Golf that it replaces. The ugly for this vehicle is that it takes time to get a good feeling for the acceleration. You have to be a slow and smooth with the throttle. It needs to engage the first gear before you get the power. When that power hits it will push you back into your seat if you are not careful. I found after doing lots of research and rides, I liked the peppy feeling of this smaller SUV and it that reminds me more of my youthful days. It might not be as nice as my truck, but it sure is a lot better on gas!
