Over the years I have purchased and serviced 3 Volvos at Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs. On the Service side, Service Techs, Sharon and Matt have always been very professional, friendly and helpful regarding the servicing of my vehicles. They clearly explain the work to be performed, the time it will take to complete the work and the cost of the service. They provide recommendations upkeep and future needs of the vehicle. Soon, I will be scheduling service for another one of my Volvos. On the Sales side, Manager Chris has always represented Ferman well and I feel I have always been treated fairly and look forward to working with the sales team on the purchase of my next Volvo.

Well run dealership, they offer additional products to protect your investment, individual needs will dictate if you need them or not. I happen to have above and beyond protection, so the options would not benefit my particular situation. The finance department was thorough, and assisted me in a contract adjustment. The staff from the moment I entered the door, provided detailed attention. Everyone I interreacted with was professional, pleasant, yes! I did say pleasant!!!! Every phone interaction I was 100% acknowledge, and addressed to my satisfaction. The General Manager, does a wonderful job of following up on every transaction. I interacted with her via email, and the response was on target, and my concern was resolved quickly. The concern was a add on product offer, and had nothing to do with the Lexus vehicle or the staff. In my opinion they are the best Lexus dealership in the Tampa Bay area. Today, I purchased a Nissan Ariya at Auto Boutique. My salesperson was Lou Walker. Lou was great. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional and courteous. Unlike most used car salesmen, Lou was not pushy. He gave me the information that I needed to evaluate the cars of interest to me and the time to process the information. This was my first purchase at Auto Boutique and Lou made it very pleasant and stress-free. If you need a car, Lou is your guy!

Nate Gines at the South Jordan, UT facility took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for in my next car, and he matched me up with the perfect vehicle for me. He focused on my needs and wants instead of trying to sell me something that was not exactly what I was looking for. He also worked well with my outside lender. The interest rates on the website are inflated, so I financed through my local credit union instead. Nate and my loan officer made the whole process go smoothly and I picked up my car the day after I chose it.
