John was great in making my purchase a bit easier. They promised to bring car to me in VA and get moonroof deflector installed and neither happened. But, they did pay for an Uber to bring me out to them. Ended up missing work :( and stuck in rush-hour traffic but love my car!
Bought a new HRV had a great experience. Rick was our salesman was not pushy treated my family nicely. Facility was nice and clean. CJ the manager gave us a fair deal. Would recommend friends and family to Hersons Honda.

I dreaded taking my V50 in for servicing -- I've had terrible luck getting honest analysis on what needed doing and how much it should cost -- but finally needed to address some issues. Ronald could not have been more professional, pleasant or straight to deal with. He laid out what needed to be done, what could be put off for later and how some money could be saved. I will definitely be back.
After a 6 month car search Diante M. and Danny (the GM) made the car buying process painless. They are professional, fair, and a pleasure to do business with Volvo again. Thanks Danny and Diante. You guys are the best!
To Kevin with his persistence he got me into the door, to Keith who walked me through the most tedious paper work and answering my layman questions with patience. To Robert who had the patience to walk me thru the car buying process and explaining in DETAIL all the trims on Volvo cars. I had been searching for a manual Volvo S40 for months and FINALLY found one at Lindsay. I had to drive 3 hours to pick the car up, but it was well worth the drive. I was in contact with Kelvin for about 2 weeks before I made the trip. He was always easy to reach and always got me the information that I asked for quickly. When I got to Lindsay, everyone was SO pleasant and the whole process was a breeze. A few days after driving my S40 off the lot I had some issues with my bank and getting them to clear the auto loan check that I had given to Lindsay. While they absolutely could have come after me, they were very understanding and patient with me while I got things figured out with my bank (which did eventually happen). Now, about a month after bringing my car home, I received a text from Kelvin asking me how it's treating me. It's so obvious that Lindsay and it's employees care about their customers and wants the best for them! I would absolutely buy another car from Lindsay, even if it means driving 3 hours there and back! Awesome experience.
It took some time for my spec XC40 to come in, and that whole time Dionte was very helpful and always quick to respond when I would email, call or text inquiries. He is very knowledgeable about Volvo vehicles very attentive to the customer.
It was a pleasure working with Dionte; he is very pleasant and easy to work with! My only constructive feedback is that I was a serious buyer, and I had to reach to Dionte several times to get an update about the ETA of the SUV. Unfortunately, Dionte wasn???t able to provide me with much of an update, just that it was scheduled to arrive any day. My 3 pieces of feedback are: 1) Have a better system in place to be able to see where the car is located vs. that it is in route from xyz location and it is due to arrive any day; that isn???t very helpful for the buyer or the dealership. 2) Feel free to follow-up with a customer more frequently/give them status updates if they say/seem serious about a specific car; this shows that you care/don???t want to lose their business. 3) Be respectful of one another's time (i.e., be on time, give regular/timely updates)
Easiest car buying experience ever. Sheehy offered a fair price upfront that crushed the competition. All fees were disclosed and there were no surprises. They worked diligently to secure the exact vehicle we desired, rather than attempt to push us to buy an on-hand version. Sheehy demonstrated they are not a traditional dealership who always looks for the big kill (roll the consumer). Chris La Porte is an amazing and uncomplicated person. If you want a Subaru, shop the rest to confirm the price, but Sheehy will work to deliver exactly what you want at a fair, extremely competitive price. We will look to use them again.
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
