As one would expect, my salesperson, Dillon, was very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe Hybrid, and was also well versed in all the financing options, discounts, services offered by Checkered Flag, etc. Just as important though, he was very personable, and not pushy about anything. I really did enjoy the no haggle price setup. Then the add-ons were presented with just the facts and without scare tactics. I was also in a bit of a time crunch and Dillon did his best to work with me and accommodate me. He really bent over backwards to help me out in my situation, which I know he didn’t have to. I then returned the next day with my wife, who I bought the new Santa Fe for, and was even treated to a special moment just for her that Dillon setup. Many years back we had purchased from Checkered Flag Hyundai and had always been happy with their non-pushy service, and now we feel like we’ve made the right choice again.

2023 Acura MDX review
I have the 23 Acura MDX SH-AWD I love the ride and looks of it. I wished I would have bought one a long time ago . Just wished it got better gas mileage. But for a V6 aspirated engine. I shouldn’t complain. It’s comfortable, handles as good if not better than the Atlas I had.

She was very helpful throughout the process and kept us up to date on our order status. Once the truck arrived at the dealership, we worked with John to get the lease deal figured out. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. When we arrived to pick up the truck, we worked with Liz who also handled our Grand Cherokee pick up and is always a pleasure to work with. Steve in sales helped to find a last minute offer from Ford and saved us some additional money on the truck which was very much appreciated! Finally, Kyle assisted in finalizing the financing. He was very knowledgeable and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had. The process was very quick but did not feel rushed. Overall, our experiences with Chapman dealerships have been nothing short of exceptional. The dedication and professionalism of Ashlie, John, Liz, Kyle, Steve, and the entire team show their commitment to a great buying experience. 2023 Acura MDX review
Like other reviews I love this car! Comfortable, stylish, it’s inherently a Honda so likely reliable. Gas mileage not great but better than MDX of the past which weren’t nearly as fun to drive! Highly recommend this Acura. Haven’t owned one since I had a 2008 TL but I have the same happy feeling whenever I drive it, now in a very different life stage!
