On Friday, 10JULY2020, I went into Hall Acura because I wanted to trade my 2016 Dodge Charger and wanted to explore some options. Yes.. I know.. NUTS..... I'm almost 81 years old... looking for a little 6 speed MT pocket rocket... i was tired of the old huge SUVs.... my first car was a manual... most likely my last as well. I drove the Honda Civic SI 6MT.. cute but not upscale. The Integra is practically the same car but worth the extra money. ... CLASSY... white exterior, orchid interior.. perfect Florida car. Naples Acura was perfect for me.. not pushy... Michael (Sparky) was outstanding... knowledgeable.. friendly.. #1 salesperson in my book... Ross the GM put the deal together... found my exact color combo at another dealer... the car arrived within days.. great price agreed upon with no haggling... well... maybe just a little.. My wife of 56 years was liking the Integra S-Type MT on the showroom floor.. but giving up the sunroof and no front passenger power seat was a deal breaker... she also was pushing for the Porsche 911... but quadruple the price and only automatics.. After 2 weeks.. it's a great fun sporty car.... getting 26 mpg around town.

We purchased A used vehicle from Metrowest Acura. The car was in our price range and priced below most other dealerships. The frustrating thing was the complicated way we had to purchase the vehicle. We drove from out of state 3 hours One way. The deal ship knew we were coming but did not inform us the person to complete the paperwork for our purchase wasn’t working that day so we had to drive the 3 hours again to sign the papers needed to purchase the vehicle. Again on this second visit the person who signs off the title was not in the office so we didn’t get all the paperwork needed and it took them a few dats to send the papers in the mail. We brought transfer plates from our state on the second visit to drive the car home. Most of these headaches could be avoided if Massachusetts allowed dealers to give out temporary plates. All in all we like our purchase just not the extra drives and waiting to actually call the car our own.

She was very friendly and pleasant and showed us the vehicle quickly. We went on a short drive and began the purchase process. Since Victoria was new, she had help through the process from some of the other staff, all of whom were also very friendly and helpful after Victoria introduced them. They went above and beyond to make the transaction quick and stress free and explained all the paperwork I needed to fill out. I was driving my “new to me” vehicle off the lot in about 2 hours. Other than the vehicle not being quite as clean as I had hoped upon delivery, the overall dealership experience was one of the best I’ve had so far. Thank you Victoria and Acura of Peoria!
