FOX VALLEY VOLKSWAGEN CRYSTAL LAKE review
Andrew Doyle at this dealership was amazing to work with. He was soft spoken, detailed yet concise. He was influential in making a deposit for a purchase. I had to pull out later for other reasons. But I give high regards to Andrew’s work.
2020 Acura RDX review
By far, the best vehicle I owned. It is just so comfortable and fun to drive. I purchased the Advanced model which has more bells and whistles than I could ever imagine. The only thing it doesn’t do is drive by itself..

The experience and vibe feel nice. The sale are very patient and helpful. Overall experience are nice.
2024 Acura RDX review
One of the main reasons I was interested in the RDX was its safety ratings and features. I am very pleased with those features and warning, I think they work well. I like the way the RDX looks and drives. I thought I would miss it not being a 6 cylinder engine but the 4 cylinder turbo is fine. I’m very happy with my RDX.

I am not a fan of car dealerships and have never really had a good experience. Enzo was helpful, to the point, and worked quickly to get exactly what I wanted. The financial department worked with me to get the best possible rate with a few extras. I highly recommend Mazda in schaumburg as it was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new vehicle.

Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. CharlesReviews
Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. Charles review
Fox Valley Volkswagen absolutely exceeded my expectations at every point in the purchase of my new to me Passat SEL. Adrian was my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt in responding and friendly. Specifically, he managed expectations and answered my questions directly. Nik is the sales manager, and was fantastic to deal with as we got the purchase rolling. Having been in the business, I understand how the sales manager is at the nexus of everything going on. Not once, despite being busy, did Nik make me feel rushed. Again, prompt and direct in getting things done right. John, the finance manager took over, processing my paperwork and made it seamless and easy. When I needed a temporary tag, he immediately saw to it. My car was delivered, and everything was done to perfection. If you want a dealer who pays attention, who is prompt, professional and never high pressure, and who gets the deal and the job done right - look no further. This team is truly at the top of the business. Five stars - strongly recommended across the board.

Wickstrom Auto GroupReviews
Wickstrom Auto Group review
After searching, comparing, and test driving, I finally found the right vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my new Jeep and the entire experience from start to finish. From the initial vehicle search and test drives to the auto loan process and final purchase, everything was smooth, easy, and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. A huge part of that is because of our sales associate, Don DiPaulo. Don was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and genuinely made the entire process enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make sure I found the right vehicle without ever making me feel pressured. This is actually the second Jeep we’ve purchased from this Don and this dealership, and that says a lot about how great our experiences have been. We will absolutely be back when it’s time for our next vehicle! Thank you, Don, and the entire team at Wickstrom Jeep Dodge in Barrington, Illinois for making this purchase such a great experience.

Toyota of Downtown Chicago review
I purchased a car from Toyota downtown Chicago. I did a trade in. Juwaun Sims helped me. He was exceptionally transparent and honest guy. He and team give me the very fair price for my car and disclosed every thing about the car I got (almost new with old mileage but had minor accident). The experience was outstanding. Juwaun is an incredible guy.
2021 Acura RDX review
I absolutely love this car. I've taken it on several 500 mile trips and it's by far the most comfortable car I've ridden in. One component many reviews do not mention is the stereo system. I have the A-SPEC, which comes with 16 speakers. It was an important reason for me choosing the vehicle, along with the A-SPEC blue pearl color. The stereo system sounds incredibly accurate and by far the best stereo I've heard in a vehicle. It could use a little more low end power to hit low end notes, yet I'm still impressed with it every time I listen to it. And it's good at replicating sound in all genres. Any track sounds good and tuned perfectly! My back has been a struggle the last couple of years and it's one of the reasons I bought the car as well. The seats are extremely comfortable and adjustable. I run hot and the ventilated seats aren't strong, but do make all the difference to keep me cool and dry. The cornering is impressive for an SUV. The torque vectoring clearly pushes you in the turns and helps you turn; very impressive system and makes it very fun to drive. We have some extremely bad roads in the Midwest and it rides better than my other vehicles (2007 TL and 2000 Camaro), but I suppose it could be a little smoother according to some people. I have no complaints with ride quality. Another great thing about the vehicle is how easy driving long distances is. With the adaptive cruise control and lane keep assist, I don't think I could go without it. I haven't driven a lot of vehicles with this system, but I have no complaints with it; it greatly reduces driver fatigue. I drove 10 hours home when I picked it up, and felt great after. Other vehicles definitely make that a struggle. What many people have complaints with is the touch pad for the infotainment system. Once I used it a few times, I got used to it. It seems cumbersome, but Acura designed it this way to keep your eyes on the road. When you realize this, you'll notice how that is true; it does keep your eyes on the road, and I'm satisfied with it. The interior likely isn't the best in class, but there certainly isn't anything wrong with it and I do find it attractive. As mentioned earlier, the A-SPEC blue pearl is quite stunning. I like all the colors, so you can't go wrong with any color, but do check out the blue and red in person; they're my favorite colors. The overall design of the vehicle is one of my modern-day favorites. The panoramic sunroof is nice and worth mentioning. I've heard people complain about the interior noise, but I have no complaints, even if I'm doing 80. Maybe there are other cars that are quieter, but I haven't ridden in one. Hopefully my review helps you with your decision. I love cars and look forward to driving it every time I get in the car. I don't see myself ever regretting the purchase other than the mpg. Just like most cars, the faster you go the worse it gets. It gets about 24 when I was doing 75 for 400 miles. If you start pushing 80, it can really plummet. I haven't taken many trips at 60mph, but it can get 26 @ 60mph for sure. I'd say it can do 27 at 55 mph, but generally 65 is the speed limit in my state. 21mpg has been the consistent number for me in the city. So the advertised mpg from Acura is accurate.

This was very uneasy for me, buying a car online site unseen wasn’t something that I had done before. With that said Otis was very professional and knowledgeable and that helped calmed my nerves. The car was better than I expected (s500). If you are out of town and buying a car do your research which I did, but this dealership is legit and have the cars to match their professionalism. Thanks Otis

4 moths and 4000 miles, a few rattles have developed, nothing significant, I got used to the touchpad interface and find it to be "just fine" as I typically use CarPlay and do most of my audio control from the steering wheel. The car is peppy, comfy and the audio system is STELLAR.

Today I walked in and was greeted by Mike at the front desk. He was really helpful, and walked me through the approval process which i have no experience with. He was really friendly and answered all of my questions. I left with a new car about an hour later. Im kind of in shock at how well this went. It was quick, easy and he was really friendly. Thank you Mike!!
