2014 Acura RDX review
This car has been incredibly reliable. I have only ever done regularly scheduled maintenance on it, and just passed 126K miles. While it doesn't have the bells and whistles of newer models, I'm tempted to drive it for another 100K because it's been such a workhorse. Cargo space is good for our one kid family, but if you have a large family, large dog or need to travel with a lot of gear, you may want to consider the MDX. For us, this is just right. Good sound system. Better gas mileage than earlier versions of this car that had a turbo engine. You won't regret buying an Acura SUV!

I really like this vehicle the only problem I have and I'd like to find out if anybody else has this problem is sometimes when I hit the gas there is no gas the pedal goes right to the floor which is dangerous if you're pulling out into a highway. I would like to start off by saying that my family and I have been long-time customers of Autonation Subaru. Our experience has always been excellent. Monday evening, I upgraded my 2024 Forester Lease to a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness. Our experience started out as expected. However, it took an unfortunate turn after the transaction was complete. The details are not important because Kwabena, one of your sales managers, did a phenomenal job hearing my concerns and resolving the issues. I wanted to provide a list of all the exceptional things he did to address my concerns. He began our conversation by honoring my request to meet in an office so it could be a professional environment away from other customers. He provided an additional manager to participate in our conversation. I appreciated this from a school administrator perspective because I require the rule of 3 for my school leaders. He was genuinely invested in my concerns; while he assured me that my concerns would be addressed, he maintained professionalism towards the individual at the root of my concerns and did not disparage him in our conversation. When I arrived, it was very busy. One of my challenges was that I left my prescription glasses in the glasses holder on the windshield. While the sales associate I worked with communicated on 2 separate occasions that he was too busy to help me, Kwabena personally went to the secondary lot to retrieve them. He also addressed my other concerns and found solutions immediately. One of the solutions required a return trip to the dealership today. Even though Kwabena was off the day of the service, he ensured that the entire matter was communicated so that the necessary actions could be taken today to resolve the matter. I am sending this email of appreciation and as a leader myself, I know that it is important to hear that you can trust your other leaders. Have full confidence that Kwabena is phenomenal at his job! I am also sending this email because I respect the relationship and time invested over the last 7 years by both the employees of Autonation and my family. As a result of Kwabena's exceptional efforts, I am electing to forego submitting my feedback survey on my purchasing experience. I believe survey feedback should be honest and transparent. I also know that an organization should not receive a disparaging surveys when something goes wrong if a company manages it in the manner that Kwabena did. In closing, please express my deep appreciation to Kwabena for his efforts.
2010 Acura RDX review
I owe a 2010 Turbo RDX 150,000 and it’s the fastest SUV I had ever drove, love the stock sound system 360 watts, all black leather inside sunroof no leaks and recently I just changed all the interior dome lights to ice blue it’s really a nice sporty SUV ride, Honda definitely knows how to make a fast fun luxury SUV……

Purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. When I got the car home I noticed there was a small dent above the left tail light. I sent a picture and they will contact me soon with resolution of the issue. How that is resolved could change my rating. This is the third car I have bought from them so I recommend them often. Their service department has been excellent also.

2015 Acura RDX review
With only 74,000 miles in the odometer I can say nothing has ever broken in my RDX. It’s super reliable. Oil changes as cheap at the dealership and the car never complaints. Strong V6 that doesn’t have to deal with the long term reliability issues if the boosted turbos of today. No oil consumption problems. No leaks. No noises. The car still looks and feels like it came out of the lot. Will keep it until I can no longer drive.

2013 Acura RDX review
This place was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had . The sales person I was working with John Chorba and man he impressed me very knowledgeable very prompt every time I had a question and above all answered me honestly and with the up most respect . Went well out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable with the deal we where working on through the whole proses. Him and the general manager Eric Roundy gave me the best and fairest deal I could ever ask for . Eric was also was very professional and kind person , this place is honest as honest gets believe me . Disabled now but have been in the automotive field And business for over 40 years and I have come close to finding some honest ones every now and then . But nothing comes close as to the integrity and honesty and fairness of these two people that I did a deal with at Nissan of cool springs .i recommend Next time you want the best most honest deal on your next new or used car go see John Chorba and Eric Roundy you won’t be sorry

Each time i have taken my car in for service the technician has been good. My complaint is with the complimentary car wash they provide. Each time my car comes out with more scratches. I have complained but nothing was done. My suggestion is decline the car wash. The damage it does is not worth the complimentary service.
2013 Acura RDX review
I found this great deal while cruising the internet, and I am very well pleased! the responsiveness, especially in SPORT mode (using the paddle shifters) is OUTSTANDING! I was fortunate to get a great color (kinda taupe). Everyone loves it - the inside looks soo great (I keep my cars showroom clean). I wished it had rear vents, but not a deal breaker! the later model years don't come close despite their newer bells and whistles. I have owned now for roughly a month. no regrets!

Love this car I live in Minnesota and plow snow In the winter.. We recently had a bad snowfall dropping over a foot of hard wet snow. I've never had any issues with unplowed roads and drifts. This vehicle get me there safely ever time..

2014 Acura RDX review
I love this car! Designed well with ample leg room for me, safe and reliable in winter as the heat will come on shortly after I turn it on. I do not like the newly styled RDX as I am tall and cringe looking at the roof sloping down. I think of anyone who might sit in the back seat and they would not have comfortable head room but what can I say? I am tall and think of things like that. I prefer my style.
