We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Jim Page is not your typical salesman. He is all about the relationship! Jim is a person who cares, and shows it over and over and over again. I had called and worked with 5 different Audi dealerships. I was so uncomfortable with the high stress pushy salesperson and none of them listened to what I wanted in a car! I drove all the way from Tucson, AZ because of Jim's caring, excellent and timely service, and ability to deliver what he said he could. I am still so impressed with Jim! Being in sales myself gives me even greater appreciation! I'll never go to anyone else again to buy my car!

Jim Page in Sales was personable, professional, and kind - by far the most pleasant salesman I have ever dealt with. He made the car buying process easy for me - even going so far as to call me after I bought the car to make sure everything was going ok. Shane in Finance took the time to go back over my loan (after I had purchased the car) to secure me a different loan with a better rate, and again, was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I was coming off of a bad experience at my local Audi dealer. Katie O???neill Promised to make me forget about it, and she did. I could go on all day about Audi Flatirons and Katie. The best part was that there were no games. I was given an excellent first offer, and I took it. Behind games, my second least favorite part of buying a car is all the waiting. Usually it is a linear process. Each department finishes their task, and then you move to the next. Katie orchestrated all the departments, and multiple things were happening simultaneously. I don???t think I sat unattended for more then 5 minutes combined. Usually I feel like I need a Silkwood decontamination shower after buying a car. At Audi Flatirons that wasn???t the case. I highly recommend Audi Flatirons and Katie O???neill.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
I had a nice experience at EchoPark. They did not pressure me at all. They let me take my time and make sure this was the right decision for me. Facilities are nice, cars are in great shape. Overall a very good experience. I would recommend EchoPark for sure.
