We were in the market to upgrade to a family SUV, and we're very happy with doing so at Audi Arlington. Savas was a great sales rep, was helpful with every question we had, and made the whole buying process a great experience. We look forward to buying another Audi here again!
Leased a new Q5 from Audi of Arlington and had a great experience. Mohamed Ahmed helped me out and was fair and precise in his work. I’ve never bought a car before and Mohamed was really great - made a great deal for me. Highly recommend.
A pleasant process and one amazing vehicle at a good price

I walked into the showroom and looked around at the rather amazing cars a bit before being casually approached by Kuchard (sp?), one of the managers. We talked a bit and he guided me to the A4, which is a perfect car for me. He then introduced me to Shawn who took me out on a test drive. From that point on, I was sold. We talked a bit more and then I left as i never make impulse decisions. There was no pressure from them at all to buy. The next day I came back, drove a couple more models and settled on a beautiful Premium Plus A4 with the tech package. The best part of it all was I felt like I was dealing with more of a friend than a salesman. Instead of trying to upsell me or push a deal, he just listened to what I said I wanted and matched me up with the perfect car at a very good price. Shawn, Kuchard and Mohammad were all great guys who made the whole buying process fun & easy instead of stressful.
I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism by David Rockwell, Assistant Service Manager. Was driving from Florida to New York when my car had a severe coolant leak after unloading it from the autotrain in Lorton,Va.He advised me of the issue after careful consideration and inspection of the issue and made the correct suggestion and repair course. He was responsive and extremely pleasant. Would definitely recommend the service department of this dealership.
The way car experience should be.
Outstanding customer service provided by Sales Consultant named Hassan.
Will definitely recommend Hassan at this dealership for friends, families and associates. Kudos!
Helped get us into a great car for our needs and budget. Very flexible with my situation. I would recommend you. Thank you so much!
2018 Audi Q5

Love our 2018 Audi Q5 Premium Plus 2.0T. It's a versatile vehicle for driving around and hauling stuff. The back seats fold very easily. We were reluctant to get the 2.0T fearing that the car was going to be underpowered but it's quick off the drive (even from the auto engine stop), agile, and sure on the road. No worries with speed or acceleration. As a bonus, we have been getting 28mpg on long stretches of hwy! The extra leg extension provides comfort and support on long drives. The perforated seats are great for cooling you off and the hot leather. The car has its usual safety technology features, but we're very impressed with the back up camera. The angle is so wide that I could see around a F350 truck or large vehicle to backup safely! The back lid can be programmed to any height which is great for shorter folks like me and of course I can open and close with the wave of my foot. The steering navigation display/MMI suite is awesome. It can take time to get use to the functionality but once you figure it out, it's hard not having it, like the hands free texting. The only issues have been the minor electrical glitches which Audi issued a recall. It took 5 hrs to fix so I was given a Q3 loaner. Overall, it's an awesome car.
My overall experience went well. Kareem/Sales Associate made himself available to meet my needs. His efforts made my car buying experience worth while. Thank you Kareem and Audi Team.

Bought the vehicle for my wife as a birthday gift. I have never been one for Audi though I’ve never owned one. Here’s the big but, I’m impressed with the quality, attention to detail, fit and finish, performance, ride quality and handling. It has it all and does it all very well. Now this is coming from someone that has worked in the service side of a Chrysler (aka Fiat Chrysler) for almost 20 years as a technician and shop foreman as well as a manager at a Gm dealership for 3 years. So I’m not easily impressed with vehicles. Even though we also sell Alfa Romeo (Stelvio) and is a good competitive model to the Q5 it’s still clear the Audi Q5 is the benchmark. My only complaint would be the lack of a touchscreen infotainment system. Come on Audi! Even a fiat pop has one. Overall the 18 Audi Q5 is a very well built vehicle. In a rapidly growing segment the Q5 is leader of the luxury pack. Compare them all and you’ll see package for package you can’t beat the Q5 in price. The Audi virtual cockpit is icing on the cake
The dealership it???s self and the staff working here are the best! Amazing help from all staff, even taking me to the bank to get the check.
HUD windshield bad design

The more expensive model with heads up display uses a different windshield that passes excessive passive solar heat and places reflection at eye level driving. Not a good vehicle unless you are working on your tan or need an additional heater. A/C on full when driving on 70 degree day in Colorado.
I bought a Q5 from Ken and he made the process very easy. I would recommend this dealership & more specifically Ken when purchasing a new vehicle!
Recent Q5 Purchase

Fantastic Car! I think the best value for money in the luxury crossover SUV segment, its real competition is really the BMW X3 (which I did not test drive). Really purchased for its safety features, but plenty luxurious and the drive/engine is fantastic, esp. in sport mode. Granted, first audi (or german luxury vehicle purchase) but could not be more thrilled!
My experience was outstanding. Everyone involved in the transaction was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the no pressure attitude of the sales and fiance team. They really had my best interests as the priority, a rarity in the auto buying process in my opinion. Great experience all around and I'll be back in the future for sure. OB
From the BMW Family into the luxury Audi Family!

I love this vehicle! I have always owned BMWs..so I was hesitant about moving into another vehicle family. I am so glad I did! This car is great! It meets beyond my vehicular standards!
My experience at Audi Chantilly was terrific. Perusing vehicles online and saw a used one I was interested in online. Enquired about its availablity and got immediate responses from two sales associates. Made an appointment to test drive. Evening before test drive, received email to say vehicle was still available. Upon arrival at dealership, vehicle was sitting outside in front of the showroom (anticipating my test drive!). The dealership is large, expansive and immaculately kept. My sales associate, Mamta, was exemplary. She assured all my needs were met while test driving, getting information about the vehicle, discussing price, final sale and paperwork/documents to be completed. Drove home that evening in an exceptionally clean & well-maintained used Audi A5 Cabriolet. Even gift-boxed spare key and extra key ring...Very classy touch!
Best Value in It's Class

After much research and dealership visits, I found the Audi Q5 to be the best in it's when compared to Volvo XC60, BMW X3, and Jaguar. Jaguar was completely out of price range compared to what was already loaded in the Audi Q5 and had what I believed to be an outdated infotainment system, it was not very user friendly. Although I liked the Volvo and its technology, I felt the design of the car to be underwhelming as well as being a slight grade in finishes below the Audi. As for BMW, the ride was just as smooth as the Audi, however, the BMW did not have the quattro handling system (neither did the rest) like the Audi. The Audi came with the options I wanted at a $2-3,000 less MSRP than the BMW. Also, a BMW with the no run-flat option tire is not readily available on the dealer's lot and has to be searched for or factory built. In all respects, the Audi Q5 just came out on top and the dealers were more willing to make a deal than the other brands.
We just leased an Audi Q7 from Chantilly Audi. It was a pleasant, low pressure experience, which isn’t always the case at car dealerships. We met with sales rep Olivia Rose to test drive both the Q5 and Q7 as we were comparison shopping among several SUV lines. Olivia is very knowledgeable about the vehicles which have so many features that we found them a little overwhelming. She listed for us the packages and options that would give us the features we wanted. Olivia followed up with us, but was not pushy as we took our time to deliberate. When we finally decided on a three-row vehicle, we returned to assure ourselves that the Q7 wouldn’t be too ungainly and truck-like to drive and park. With tips from Olivia, we parked and backed a Q7 all over the Chantilly lot until we were comfortable handling it. She then searched nearby Audi inventories to find one with our specifications and had it brought in. Financing went smoothly with Mr. Alani, we met some of the service reps, and Olivia went over the basic setup as well as some of the bells and whistles we might want to try to use. As folks who are used to car technology from the last decade, we will undoubtedly have a list of “how to” questions at our second delivery session. We are confident Olivia will answer them all.
