Used 2018 Audi Q5 for sale in Bensenville, IL

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

I had a decent experience, I went into this purchase with this in mind. It is a used car and is in "not covered" for anything as soon as I drove off the lot. The car I bought was a 2008 Toyota Yaris with 147K miles on it. Body is solid, interior was very well taken care of (probably best part of the car), and of course its a 15 year old car. Nothing in life is guaranted and a used car is only going to be as good as it is... They buy these vehicles from auction and depending on who might have owed it prior to it being sold at auction, will determine the wear and tear of the vehicle. That's why you sign a document that states, as is no warranty. I lucked up and was able to purchase a decent car and I drove it from Conway's back to Dallas, Texas around 1,023 miles and I made it back with no issues. Yes, there are things that I need to change out and take care of the vehicle in order for me to get some more life out of the vehicle.

Excellent customer service!! Found the vehicle I wanted 3.5 hours away but was hesitant due to the travel time. They were very patient with all my questions prior to arrival. The car was better than expected when we got there. All the cars on the lot were very clean and you could tell everyone including the shop guys take a lot of pride in their work. In the future I’ll just have them mail me a car and trust it’ll be taken care of.
