Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

Great experience with Zaia who handled my 2016 Acadia getting an oil change. Only small issue was asking not to wash my car at the end, but the agent/technician did anyway. Zaia apologized and asked me if I want them to wipe it down. I said Yes! When I went out to the service area I found Zaia and the agent/technician wiping it down. i was disappointed to find that castle charged an extra 3 or 4 per cent if you used a credit card my bill was over five hundred dollars so the extra charge came to an additional 15 dollars really who carries five hundred around in cash but service was good as usual

I came in for an oil change and alignment. Since the process includes a check on my car’s components, I was told that I should replace my spark plugs since my car is older and I still had the original ones from when I purchased the car. I was also told that one of my tires has a slash in it and should be replaced. I wouldn’t have known that except for the all points inspection done by Toyota.
