I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.

They have a great service crew at Audi Westwood. they are always very helpful, they keep you informed about the progress of the service visit, and are very easy to deal with.

I do not know the quality of repairs yet since I just picked up the car and unfortunately the last time they fixed the coolant system they missed apart that they had to do this time. I come to this dealer because of Justin and Michaela they are both wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable.

He arranged for a loaner car while my car was being serviced to drive to minimize inconvenience.
