We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour.
