I worked with Andrian at Naples Mercedes over the past year in the search for a new car. While my current vehicle was a Mercedes, I was open to other brands in my search. Andrian gave me the opportunity to try different Mercedes vehicles and made sure I had all the information on the different Mercedes vehicles. I worked the search thru 2024 and decided that another GLS would work best. Andrian checked back with me thru the year to make sure I had the information I needed. He was patient, supportive and wanted to be sure that I found the vehicle that I wanted.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

The Service Advisor Chris Gamez was informative and professional. He explained the services needed. Then recommended a couple of items I had overlooked. Great place!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

All personnel treated me with dignity and respect....as if l just bought a new car from them. I only came in for a recall issue. I was impressed with the video demonstrating the work that was done on my car and the timeliness in finishing the job. I liked the fact that they washed and vacummed my car; I'll definitely go back when my car needs servicing.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I went into Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers just to look at cars to determine what I wanted and planned to buy a car in July. My father and I were greeted out front by Gary Fuller who is the most awesome, transparent, and easy-going salesperson. I test drove a GLC 43 AMG and the GLC 350e and Gary was right - the GLC 350e was the way to go. Next thing I knew I was buying a car they had just put on the showroom floor that morning. A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

In the market for a used car, I visited AutoNation to see what they had available. Roman, the salesman who greeted me, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, displaying professionalism and depth of knowledge about the vehicles that were in stock. He pointed out a few vehicles they had that were comparable to what I was looking for but they didn?t have exactly what I was wanted. Would definitely come here again if they had the car I wanted.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!
