Unfortunately I didn't purchase a car yet, but I was very please with the sales person named Nicole. She made me feel very welcomed, and any issues or doubts that I may have had, I felt assured that I will be in good hands. I hope that I will be able to find the right car at Dial, because her service was great.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Hey Scott is the reason I keep coming here this man knows how to make you feel welcome and even after you buy your car he stays in contact for any question. Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting Juan the salesmen who went to bat for me to get the best car and APR with Vic(more on him later) he was awesome with the same welcoming and wanting to make sure I was happy the same attitude as Scott. Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back, fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. If you have not been to Audi exchange in Highland Park,Il then you bought your car at the wrong place. In my professional life I am call a subject matter expert in oncology but this organization and their fellow colleagues are subject matter experts in treating ppl outstandingly and wanting to make you happy not just put you in a car. Take it from me a 2x car buyer at Audi Exchange of Highland Park,IL….run there now if you gone yet

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I visited the dealership to check out a used car for sale and was met with a warm welcome. I had a great conversation with two sales associates, who were friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the car I was interested in had already been sold. However, the sales team remained courteous and did not pressure me into considering other vehicles. Our conversation was open and relaxed, making for a positive experience. If I come across another car at this dealership, I would gladly return. Thank you

2025 Audi Q7 review
Car produced many, Almost daily issues with interruptions in safety features I.E. automatic braking not working, etc, Audi seems to have addressed this now. Comfortable, quiet and powerful car. Small third row, but nice to have. Gas mileage in city 17 mpg, improves to 29 on highway. Expensive to maintain, I’ll probably dump it after warranty is up. Depreciates a lot, so will take that.

Lexus of Naperville review
I want to share the fantastic experience we had while purchasing our new Lexus GX from Lexus of Naperville. The entire staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, making it a truly enjoyable experience. A special shoutout to our sales consultant, Dylan, who was incredibly patient and thorough during our introduction to the GX. They took the time to explain all the technical aspects of the vehicle, ensuring we felt confident and well informed about our new purchase. We absolutely love our new Lexus and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Audi Morton GroveReviews
Audi Morton Grove review
Aleks in sales took great care in making our experience selecting a used coupe a special one! He was ready and willing to do back-to-back comparison and test drives of each car we were considering. Aleks also has a deep knowledge in the features and specs of each model. It really is a treat working with a true car guy who loves his job! Seriously, work with Aleks if you are in the market for any type of European vehicle, he knows all of the marques inside and out. When we had the car picked out, sales manager Steve and finance manager Gene were helpful and professional, as well as being willing to put in as much time as needed to get things done. We love our new car and thank the team here for their help in making it happen. It's a blessing to get to do business with nice people and leave in a beautiful vehicle.

The Audi Exchange St. CharlesReviews
The Audi Exchange St. Charles review
I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle, haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

Fishers ImportsReviews
Fishers Imports review
I have bought multiple vehicles from Fishers Imports, and have traded in several as well. Each experience was professional and pleasant, and the prices were extremely competitive each time. The staff is knowledgeable and not pushy, and I will continue making them my go-to car dealer. I use Fishers as my go-to service center for my vehicles and have always received high quality work and very reasonable prices.

ENE Motors review
Highly recommend this dealership for both service and purchasing a car. Nick McGrath took great care of us with our Audi and BMW. He was great in communication, made sure everything was handled properly, and kept pricing fair. They even identified and repaired an issue that the BMW dealership previously missed. Excellent experience overall.
