Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently bought a black Wrangler 4xe from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier! The Jeep is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. It even came with a guarantee like a new car, with effectively zero mileage. I'm also very grateful to the manager who helped me – I don't recall his name, but he was from Poland. Highly recommend this place
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Excited to "learn" its updated features. Feels familiar to drive as I've had a 2011 Q5 for 10 years. Quantum Grey is a stunning beautiful color. This is probably my last "new" car and I'm adoring the experience.

Kunes Honda of Sycamore review
I recently bought a preowned Jeep from Kunes Auto Group and it was hands down the easiest, most painless dealership experience we’ve ever had. The entire team was professional, straightforward, reasonable, and genuinely easy to work with from start to finish. No games, no pressure, just good people who made the process smooth and stress-free. We drove over an hour to get there, and I would do it again 10 times over. That says everything. Highly recommend. Mark Vasquez is a very professional young man. He was in constant contact with me. Prompt replies, honest & a man of his word. Shocking how easy it can be with the right people at the right dealership! I trust Kunes!!

CarMax Schaumburg review
Yesterday I purchased a car by phone for the first time. As a senior citizen I sold my car on the 9th of March thinking I would get totally travel by taxi or Uber or Lyft but I under estimated the value of getting up and going when you like. The team at CarMax from beginning to directions to the highway were the very best. Each and every member made me feel valued as a customer. And feel like they were treating me like they would their family members. You could not ask for more than that. Bj

Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg review
I had an outstanding experience with Eryk Buczynski at Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg. From the moment I walked in, Eryk was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect vehicle. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and provided clear, transparent information about pricing, options, and financing. What stood out most was Eryk’s dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. He guided me through the features of the car, demonstrated how everything worked, and followed up afterward to make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. If you’re shopping for a new or used vehicle in the Schaumburg area, I highly recommend asking for Eryk. His professionalism, integrity, and customer-first approach truly set him apart. Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg is fortunate to have him on the team. Thank you, Eryk, for a fantastic car-buying experience!

Really outstanding service. Made transactions very easy and fast. People working there super friendly and courteous.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"

Elgin HyundaiReviews
Elgin Hyundai review
Elgin Hyundai is a team that treats those who walk in like people, not customers. They aren’t trying to get you for the most money or a commission, they genuinely want to help. My wife and I’s one car broke down a week before Christmas. We needed something that we could afford and be reliable for her to get to work and for us to run errands. Mike & Alfonso listened to us and fought for us. They gave us every deal and break they could and made it a great experience. We weren’t expecting to buy the brand new 2025 Kona, but it was one of the best decisions we ever made. Not only a great vehicle, but the peace of mind that comes with the warranty, maintenance services, and follow up weeks after purchasing, that made us feel cared for. Months later, I have a new job that requires me in office 5 days a week after working from home for 5 years. After test driving terrible used cars elsewhere, I bring my wife back to see their used cars, feeling as though theirs will be in great condition for a great price. Jim in sales (with Mike’s partnership), again, heard my story and my needs. Showed me some used cars, but made a better deal for a brand new Elantra Sport trim for about the same monthly cost as a used car. Again, fought to give us every deal and break they could to make the numbers work for our life. Went in looking at a 16 Cruze & 18 Malibu, they sold me a brand new 2025 Elantra and couldn’t have felt better about the decision Jim, Alfonso, Mike…Thank you for everything. You made a harrowing ordeal feel so much easier than I could imagine.

I had a fantastic experience with Jakub Wiatr and his team! They were incredibly thorough and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I called and spoke to a super friendly woman who scheduled my appointment for the very next day. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in that morning, and it was already finished by the time I got off work—super convenient. The customer service at Napleton Palatine Mazda is truly top-notch. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout. It was a completely stress-free experience. This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

Today I bought a Honda pilot 2023 , I had an excellent experience with the sales man Alec olney is a wonderful and honest man , professional, transparent ,patient and took the time to explain every feature of the vehicle without ever making me feel rushed .he answered all my technical questions and made sure I was comfortable with the deal. Thank you Alec Olney
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

CarMax IndianapolisReviews
CarMax Indianapolis review
Will never go anywhere else. I’ve had it with “bait and switch” at new car dealerships, where you go into a shop and all the cars are at least $10k more than advertised and still have hidden fees. Only CarMax offers full refunds for like 10 days after purchase. Jon Kay and Cua Thow provided great customer service for me at the Carmel store. I regret that I didn’t get the salesman’s name at Greenwood store (I remember he said he was an EMT). He was also fantastic and helped me find the truck in Carmel that I wanted. Everyone was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. It is hard to believe that you can get such great service from people not working for commission. My new truck has less than $6k miles, looks brand new and was a fair reasonable price.

Fields BMW of Northfield review
Coming from another dealer closer to home I had discovered Fields BMW in Northfield. Their customer service is top notch to other BMW dealers I have been to and I have since taken my service and sales business here and have leased my past two vehicles with Fields Auto Group. Ask for Carrie Shapiro, senior client advisor and she will take the upmost care of you! Everyone in the service department is pleasant to work with! In the past have worked with Jerry M., Ed P, and Chris Goodrich and they all take care of you with the same level of care.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

The service is outstanding. The facilities are the best I have ever seen. The snacks provided are fantastic. But what sold us was the salesman , Joe Salgan. We had intended to buy a Suburu but liked the look of the Mini Cooper. So we stopped in the Dealer for a look. Joe was exceptional, Polite and knowlegable. He is the reason we ended up buying a Mini instead of a Suburu. Everything else was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this dealer and we love the car.

Audi Morton Grove review
We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.
