The service department has always been quick, especially when I use their Quick Lane service. They told me recently too that they now have a mobile unit that goes to your house or work and they can also pick up your vehicle, so I might try that next time so I don't have to take time off of work to get it fixed.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

Best car I have owned so far. I have owned it since 2019 and have only had routine maintenance done and new tires just put on. This vehicle has not been expensive to maintain like many people say BMWs are. I 10/10 recommend.

I found the perfect car -- a 2021 Porsche Macan GTS -- listed at a great price on Perillo BMW's website. Being from out of state (Pennsylvania), I reached out to the dealership remotely. At first, I hit some bumps with the initial sales consultant that responded; communication was slow and unhelpful. I almost walked away from the deal altogether. Thankfully, I called the dealership directly and got connected with Mike Fezatte, and that's when everything turned around. Mike was exceptional from the first conversation. He took the time to send me a few detailed walkaround videos of the car (even highlighting the rock chips), answered all of my questions promptly, and comes across as a genuinely good guy -- not pushy, just helpful and honest. I flew out to Chicago on a Saturday morning to complete the deal, and Mike even gave me a great local recommendation for Chicago pizza while the front office was finalizing the paperwork. The whole whole experience was smooth and I couldn't be happier with the car or the way I was treated. If you're considering a vehicle from Perillo BMW -- especially if you're buying from out of state -- do yourself a favor and ask for Mike Fezatte by name. I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

At 60K on my 2019 330i and cant say enough good things about this car. It’s is truly state of the art and the last of its kind considering the pace of electrification at BMW. It’s well-built and comfortable and strike the right balance between sport and luxury. I’m impressed by the reliability thus far - no major issues, but remote software upgrades can be a bit wonky.

I purchased my BMW 330i from BMW Gwinnett and it hasn't disappointed . It's great on gas mileage and very sexy. I took the certified pre-own route in which I'd suggest to assure you're protecting your investment. The interior is sexy as well as the exterior. Very good driving environment. I traded a loaded 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia TI Lusso for my 2020 BMW 330i with premium package/Harmon Kardon/ Ambient lighting. The warranty was ending. You do not want to own ANY of these cars without a warranty. To be honest, the Alfa was a little more spirited and engaging drive. The BMW has a better interface, better interior, better sound acoustics, better seats, less wind noise, and a more luxurious feel. The BMW definitely feels a little more premium than the Alfa and makes you feel more coddled while still offering great performance.

The Acura Advantage team in Naperville are great to work with and very transparent. The salesman, John Nanni, answered all questions that I had and was able to provide information on the car that I wasn't aware of. Would strongly recommend dealing with Acura Advantage in Naperville, and consider yourself lucky with John Nanni as your car salesman.

The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.

The BMW 330i from 2017 is my favorite BMW it has just enough legroom for me and my family but what I do not like about it is that it does not have a moonroof and the CID screen is too small and there is not very much AC controls in the back.
