They provided great service and answered all of my questions. They have reasonable prices and I especially liked the video they took while working on the car provided recommendations with out pushing anything on you or trying to over sell.
2016 BMW 428 review
I bought my 2016 BMW 428i convertible sight unseen, except for pictures in the Fall, 2021. It had just under 29,000 miles. The seller was an old friend living in Atlanta. We didn’t haggle on price, she received more than a trade in offer, I paid less than a dealer sale. I also factored into my cost shipping to NJ, $650 plus a five year extended warranty, $3,300. I absolutely love the car. I’ve never owned a BMW and now I better understand owner loyalty. Handling is a dream and I’m always surprised at my speed, going 70 when I thought it was 50. Getting my 68 year old body in and out can be difficult, but it’s worth. I bought just as gas prices were going up, but I don’t drive as much as I used to. It did cost $70 to fill my tank. All in all I couldn’t be happier.

Best dealerships experience i have ever had. Was treated like family the entire time and walked out with a brand new Rav4 that I wasn't even planning on buying when I entered the place. Amr and Kavi were true gentlemen and great to work with. Won't go to another dealership while this place is still open.

The salesman Kevin Sime met me at the door and got the ball rolling right away. I shopped online so he had two vehicles ready for me. He went over all the bells and whistles during the test drives and gave me a difficuly decision to make. I was very satisfyed with the purchase and the whole experience with this dealership. Keep up the good work.

10-16-2026 I took vehicle in for 20,000 mile service/oil change. The service adviser was nice and the service took about an hour. All in all a very pleasant experience. My only complaint is that 6 days later I checked the oil level and it was 1/4 inch low on the dip stick after sitting over night. They seem to have a hard time getting the level correct.

BMW of Sarasota review
I took my dream car to BMW of Sarasota for scheduled maintenance. Carlos was quick to receive my vehicle and reviewed the automated diagnosis. After satisfying all code requirements, Carlos educated me in great detail of the listed items required to restore my vehicle to mechanical perfection. Carlos is an amazing technician but he is also very personable, connected to and interested in the well being off customer he serves. Carlos represents BMW of Sarasota with integrity and a high degree of professionalism.
2016 BMW 428 review
Car drives well. I recommend driving it in Sport mode. The Eco feature and start and stop will wear out the starter. Also, the braking is hard on this car. You cannot ease into a stop. It is like it does not want to stop and you have to press the pedal harder than normal.

JC as always made the process seamless. Customer for life. This was about #18 for me from JC. I just tell him what I want and he makes it happen.
2014 BMW 428 review
Personally I prefer the older iterations of the BMW 3 series. They were heavier, smoother, and the 6 cyl naturally aspirated engines had a better feel than the 4 cyl twin turbo 428 test drove. The 2013+ model years feel much lighter. There is no " power" (at least not in the 4cyl twin turbo I drove). You have to jump on it to make it really go. Otherwise, the pinging and under powered 4 cyl is disappointing. While the 428xi is superior to most other cars in its class (new MB C-series disappointing), and sure looks sexy and is a fine driving and riding car (M-series a bit stiff), I have 2004 and 2007 model year 3 series that I prefer.

2016 BMW 428 review
I've been a BMW fan for many years, and this 428i has not disappointed. It drives and handles just as it should, and the 4-cylinder turbocharged engine is excellent. The seatbelt 'presenters' do not work well, and the door pull handles melt in the Florida heat; other than those two little annoyances, this is an exceptional automobile.

2015 BMW 428 review
I bought this car and it worked very well even though it was built in 2015. There were no engine errors. The body is still very new and beautiful. I like it very much

2015 BMW 428 review
This car was everything i was looking for, cheap on gas, quick and cheap. The N55 engine is the most reliable engine in my opinion. I have owned 4 BMW vehicles with all types of engines but this was by far the most reliable. I never had to worry about the car breaking down and i never spent thousands of dollars on issues. I paid as much as anyone would pay for a Japanese or american car.

BMW of Sewickley review
We bought a used toyota sienna mini van 2019. Bill Rains was our salesman. Good price, low mileage and overall good minivan was purchased. Came out looking brand spanking new.!!!!...The dealership was welcoming, not pushy, and very accommodating to us in every way possible. Gentleman processing sale did not rush and explained everything well. And yes, they were honest! Hard to find these days! Highly recommend!

Silver Auto Sales Inc.Reviews
Silver Auto Sales Inc. review
Sold a 2018 Honda Civic 2 dr coupe on Friday, 11/14. Alex was absolutely great. They purchased the automobile for exactly what they had quoted. We will never sell or purchase with any other dealership! They were fair and honest which is not true of many other dealerships. Would recommend whether buying or selling. Do not waste your time with anyone else.

CarMax East Haven review
We were selling a vehicle. Staff contacted us to give us a link to provide all info for the car we wanted to sell. They gave us an excellent price. ( as evidenced. By kelly blue book ) When bringing car to dealership in East Haven - staff had gloves and masks on. They came outside for paperwork. They were organized. Social distancing followed. We are very please with our experience.
