My wife already leases an i4 from this same dealership. I was so amazed with their level of commitment, service, and quality that I purchased my new X3 from them as well. Our sales representative Narek Martirosyan was very dedicated to making this purchase happen. Not pushy, but honest, realistic, and determined. I am VERY pleased to report that I am now recieveing the same amazing customer care with my new vehicle and I couldn't recommend a dealership or brand more than BMW. My entire expereince was first class, well tailored, and expertly handled. Thank you for being so awesome!!

These guys did a great job, Karim responded to me very quickly when I inquired about the car, he had the car ready for me at the front of the showroom when I arrived. We had a great test drive. I made an aggressive offer, and the ales team approved it for me. My daughter loves the car! Great job, thank you!

Tony Rocha is one of the finest and diligent salespersons I have ever worked with. He responded to my Cars.com evening inquiry the very next morning before the dealership was open. Still waiting on other dealerships to respond from a week ago. I purchased a new Z4 M40i and Tony stayed with the transaction until the car was loaded on a carrier. If you go to Schomp BMW be sure to ask for Tony!

Schomp BMWReviews
Schomp BMW review
Tony Rocha is one of the finest and diligent salespersons I have ever worked with. He responded to my Cars.com evening inquiry the very next morning before the dealership was open. Still waiting on other dealerships to respond from a week ago. I purchased a new Z4 M40i and Tony stayed with the transaction until the car was loaded on a carrier. If you go to Schomp BMW be sure to ask for Tony!

New Century BMWReviews
New Century BMW review
Shawn Nguyen is one of the most honest service advisor. Unbeknownst to them, Buena Park BMW made an inexcusable mistake with my car and New Century brought it to my attention and rectified the issue. Never have I’ve experienced such a situation with any dealership. New Century has my business for life. Thanks Shawn!
