Laura Chevrolet Buick GMC of Sullivan, LLC review
This was the second time ever purchasing a new vehicle. Isaac Patton (sales) was very patient and easy to work with as there are many decisions to make when purchasing a new truck. Great experience overall!
2025 BMW M440 review
Typical German fit, finish, and quality. The syspension does not have much difference between sport and comfort - that is the biggest complaint. Gas mileage is fantastic. The view/seating position is great and plenty of space.

Pacific BMW review
Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

I had the pleasure of working with Yvette of the service department and found courtesy, professionalism and expedient service. The technician left an informative diagnostic video, completed my repairs and got me on my way long before I had anticipated. This is not a ‘one-off’ experience- it is the level of service I’ve come to expect at Auto Nation Chevrolet.

Suburban Toyota of Farmington HillsReviews
Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills review
I interacted with many dealerships big and small to choose my new vehicle. I LOVE how easy it is to talk with this dealership. When you make contact they put you in an optional text chat so anytime you have a question you text it and they get back to you usually very quickly. We worked with Garrett and even. Though we were very wishy washy and changed our minds on what we wanted many times he was very patient and helpful. He also gave many suggestions that actually we turned out to love better than what we were originally looking for. They worked hard for us on financing and options and gave us several options to choose from. After the sale Garrett didnt disappear...he still answered our messages and talked with his manager about some questions we had. We were very happy that he helped us even after the sale! I highly recommend Suburban Toyota FH and highly recommend Garrett!!!

BMW of MobileReviews
BMW of Mobile review
A belt on my car broke approximately 20 miles from the dealership which caused a caution light to come on and my AC immediately stopped working. I was traveling from Birmingham to Mobile and this issue could have been so much worse. I?ve had my vehicle serviced at this location before when visiting Mobile and remembered my service representative?s name. And like last time she worked me right into the queue, had diagnostics performed with a service recommendation in less than 24 hours. All worked well and I was able to pick up my car, attend a board meeting and returning to Birmingham the following morning. Thanks Becky?

BMW of Santa Monica review
My tire pressure monitor light came on so I took it to Cesar Pleitez. He fixed the problem even though it took almost eight hours of programming which is normal. I am very happy. SM BMW offered me Uber ride as well .

Fletcher Jones ImportsReviews
Fletcher Jones Imports review
I’ll be honest, car shopping isn’t something I typically enjoy, and I haven’t met many salespeople I’ve liked. That said, Michael Mondesi was a clear exception. I had visited the same dealership previously and chose not to move forward because of a poor sales experience. Mike completely changed that. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before walking me through the available options on the lot. He provided detailed, thoughtful explanations of each vehicle, which ultimately helped me narrow my decision to a AMG GLS 63 SUV. We love it. There was absolutely no pressure, just honest guidance focused on helping me make the best decision for me and my family. When the time comes to replace my BMW, I’ll be going back to Michael. Thanks again for a job well done, Fletcher Jones is lucky to have you. I didn't use any financing and picked my vehicle up at the dealership. The process was super smooth--very impressive. I would give the entire team 5 stars.
