Quality of service is excellent. Would like to see more tables and ways for people to be comfortable working remotely while waiting on their car being serviced.

I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!

The BMW X3 is not a crossover that should be ignored. It is more than I expected coming from someone who has owned a 3 Series BMW for the last 6 years. Now I ask myself, why didn't I opt for the X3 much sooner, especially since it is more spacious with better features than my 3 series. Plus the price was only about $3,000 more for plenty more space and amenities. You owe it to yourself to test drive one soon!

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

Angela was great to work with! She was able to find the vehicle that I was inquiring about, even though it had just been taken in the day before. She was proactive in her assistance throughout the process, and really took great care of me all the way through delivery. The most practical car we ever bought, combination of luxury and performance is the best we ever had. The X3 has great traction for winter and the 6 cylinder turbo has plenty of power and super smooth even in comfort mode.

I experienced an electrical issue with my new vehicle and contacted the service center. Joey took my call and immediately made arrangements to bring my vehicle in and have it inspected. He arranged a loaner vehicle for no cost and provided detailed repair updates. I will definitely be using them for future service needs. Great experience.

I have owned an older model and this vehicle is similar, although it has additional features than my older model. I have noticed an interior light that comes on randomly.

Husband has wanted a BMW since the 1980’s. Other priorities in life happened, so there you go. Fast forward to August 2020. Time to trade in the tired 2012 Ford Escape. Dealership has a 2014 BMW X3 25i in blue water metallic. Sold! Comfortable, QUICK!, with navigation, parking sensors/backup camera, heated steering wheel, etc. This is a gas sipper considering it takes premium fuel. Not a fan of the brake dust that turns the beautiful front wheels black, but we just keep up with cleaning them. So far so good. Seems to be reliable so far despite the reviews on the exorbitant maintenance costs German cars incur “when they get older”. This will be driven by retired husband about 2-3 times a week, so hopefully it will treat us well on maintenance costs. Bought a one owner, 72,000 miles, regular maintenance performed BMW, and to be honest, it’s not just husband that loves it!😀 Documented)

My wife and I had an excellent car-buying experience at the dealership. We worked with Jude Madubuko to learn about the type of car we were interested in. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, listened to what we wanted, and he was very helpful and attentive to our needs. He showed us several car options that met our needs. When we decided which car we wanted to buy Jude walked us through the car-buying process step-by-step so that we were done in less than an hour. We enjoyed the car-buying experience at BMW of Fairfax and it was primarily due to the excellent service provided by Jude.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

Great service, very fast, not pushy! Test drove 3 cars before we found the one we really liked. Very patient with us as we went through the process. When we were ready to buy, we were finished in 90 minutes. Very refreshing experience.

Meets my needs it is sporty, fast and comfortable and fun to drive. It handles well, the suspension is firm, it adjusts with the settings one chooses.

The Supreme driving machine ! I'm 60 years old I have been driving since I'm 19.many cars ..Superior handling ! Comfort ! Even on rough roads SMOOTH ALWAYS .CANNOT BEAT THE DRIVING MODES . AND the wind shied projector . there it is right in front of you navigation. your speed ... All warning system .voice command. And ,Cannot beat ...how good it is on gas ......bell sound freaked just telling me big degree drop in Tempature ... For people like me Problems with neck upper back not having to look down on speed or navigation ...makes driving less painful ...don't drive much anyway but does help when I have to go.alone

I have long admired this car on the road. When my lease was up on my 2918 Audi Q5 and Audi TT, I test drove several 2021 luxury cars and SUVs: Acura RDX, Audi Q5, A4, Cadillac XT4, BMW 430ix, BMW 330ix. I am so happy with my choice! It handles great. Has terrific acceleration and braking. The seats are really comfortable. It has an amazing turning radius. And the stereo cranks! Everyone compliments how smooth the ride is. The only thing I would change is for the speedometer to be digital, rather than a dial. I learned after the fact that it is only available with the Premium package.

This SUV is excellent for a daily driver, road trips and Costco shopping trips! Plenty of space for 4 adults comfortably and all of their luggage. Sorry can beat most of the line in sport mode or save money on gas in eco mode. Extremely comfortable, tons of options for comfort and convenience. Not to mention it's a beautiful and reliable BMW!

Great car! If you appreciate engine technology, you will like the power coming out of the relatively small engine. How about 26 miles / gallon? That's what I am getting! Beautiful inside and out! Comfortable, safe feeling. However, even with warranty, service can be costly. The GPS is not great and my model misses some features, like adaptive cruise control, lane sensor, etc. that other much cheaper cars have. I would still buy another X3.
