From the moment I inquired about my vehicle, I had a good feeling about AutoNation. Soon after I submitted the inquiry, I received a call from them and I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle the very next day. From the moment I arrived at the dealership I was met with a courteous sales staff. From that moment on, the sale was one of the best I’ve ever had. I will be a repeat customer. I can’t say enough about the staff nd how seamless the trans action was. Keep up the great work!

Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Byers Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
My experience with Jerome Wilson, and quite frankly the entire team at Byers was phenomenal from beginning to end. Living two hours away, there were plenty of closer options but Byers had the customer service, deals, and options that made the trip worth it in every way. Upon arrival, Jerome was ready to show me my gorgeous new vehicle! He was an excellent teacher when it came to how to use the features of my new Jeep, and patient with questions and paperwork. He confidently sent me off to financing which was equally as quick, informative, and a smooth process. Every step of the way this team had my back and made the overwhelming experience of purchasing a new vehicle as stress-free and simple as possible. I am grateful for them and recommend anyone in need of a new vehicle to check out Byers and ask for Jerome!

Fishers Imports NWReviews
Fishers Imports NW review
Pleasant, professional, and timely experience with Fishers Imports NW - with a few exceptions. They included a "Fishers Gold Package" which is simply the dealers fee of ~$600. (The typical dealer fee in Indiana is ~$200 according to AI). The used car we purchased was not adequately detailed (much dog hair which was addressed & spilled sticky substance on the back seat and carpet which was not). The GM/service rep were supposed to reach out to me on the Monday following the sale of the car regarding the cars alignment, they did not. I had to call them. The phone call was necessary because it wasn't clear from the dealer paperwork (that I had to request because it was not offered to me at the sale) what service they actually completed on the car. There was only a checklist that indicated "pass" on the items they had listed. I had to pay for a necessary alignment elsewhere.

Napleton Aston MartinReviews
Napleton Aston Martin review
We recently purchased a Porsche Macan from Napleton Maserati of Downers Grove, and I can’t say enough about the exceptional service we received from start to finish. Even though we’re located all the way in Seattle and never saw the vehicle in person before buying, the entire experience was seamless, trustworthy, and surprisingly personal. From the very beginning, Orsie on the sales side went above and beyond — answering every question promptly, providing detailed photos and information, and making us feel confident and excited about the purchase. His honesty and commitment to service were truly refreshing. On the financing side, Alex made the entire process smooth and straightforward. He explained everything clearly, helped us understand all options, and kept things moving quickly despite the distance. What impressed us most was the trust and transparency every step of the way. In an age where buying a car sight unseen can feel risky, they built an experience grounded in professionalism and care. We would highly recommend Napleton Maserati of Downers Grove to anyone — no matter where you're located. They proved that exceptional service and trust can travel any distance.

2024 BMW X4 review
This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

I found the car on Cars.com and sent in a few questions. The reply was spot on and I made the appointment with Jonathan Quintana. Jonathan had answers to every question and was fair in the negotiation. I bought the car and drove the car home that day. Follow-up has been better than expected.
