We were very happy with both the professionalism and competency of this dealership. Our sales advisor, Jerry Chen, was both very well organized and very friendly. He had both the paperwork and the vehicle ready for us as scheduled. We would highly recommend this dealership.

BMW of DarienReviews
BMW of Darien review
The sales dept at bmw of Darien is great. I have to highly acknowledge Steve Koslowski for his care and kindness when I purchased my car sometime ago. I live in n.j. And the only reason I come to bmw of Darien is because of his great expertise and know I am in good hands. I highly recommend Steve Koslowski to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. As for the service dept and service advisors at the Dealership, they are pitiful and arrogant. I would not use them for my future service needs.

Ingersoll Auto of DanburyReviews
Ingersoll Auto of Danbury review
I recently purchased a new Chevy Silverado EV Trail Boss from Ingersoll Auto of Danbury, and the experience was excellent. Spencer Hoch was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made the car-buying experience smooth, straightforward, and completely pressure-free. Spencer took the time to answer all of my questions about the EV and ensured I felt comfortable with my decision every step of the way. I am absolutely thrilled with my new truck and highly recommend asking for Spencer if you want a hassle-free dealership experience!

Import MastersReviews
Import Masters review
I have to say, this is my 4th stop within 3 days before I pull the trigger on the 2020 BMW X5 at Import Masters. I was surprised how I was treated considering I was way underdressed for the occasion. Most sales people would think WHAT THE xxxx IS HE DOING HERE LOOKING AT BMW X5. Edwin was very nice and made sure I was taken care of properly. All the staff are very friendly, even the little guys who are cleaning and waxing cars. They gave me all the information I need it on how to take care of the car. I highly recommend the place and make sure you don’t forget to check out and cruise around the neighborhood. You won’t regret it. xxxx a lot better than some other places I have been to. I advise you to make an appointment before coming in so they can bring it to the showroom. They have so many cars that almost stack on top of each other.
2024 BMW X5 review
Purchased 2 months ago. Driven only 535 miles. Still on the dealership's tank of gas and have 300 mile range left on remaining gas. Most drives are within 10-15 miles of my home. A couple of 20-30 mile trips so far (40-60 miles round trip). At this rate, it could be 2024 before needing to fill the tank for the first time. Thrown the X5 into Sports Mode a few times to experience the power but routinely use electric only. Stable, great control, heads up display best I've seen, autobraking and sense of the road is great. Good visibility and neither too sporty or too luxury. It's just right.

I almost purchased a vehicle from BMW of Ramsay, and even though I did not, it was still a great experience. Frances, my sales rep, was great. Frances sat with me and we narrowed down myriad options into three discrete choices. Frances was response with texts, and let me take as much time as I wanted in viewing cars.

VML Motors Quality Pre-OwnedReviews
VML Motors Quality Pre-Owned review
If you're in the market for a reliable BMW, look no further than VML Motors — and ask for Mike. From the very first conversation, we built a great rapport. He was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process, sharing detailed photos and videos of the car before I even set foot on the lot. The whole buying experience was seamless, and I drove the car home almost the same day. During the paperwork, I had the pleasure of meeting Mike's parents — and they were just as wonderful as he is. Two of the most down-to-earth people you'll ever meet. It's easy to see where Mike gets it from. They've raised a truly blessed family, and I wish them nothing but the best and endless prosperity. What really sets Mike apart, though, is what happened after the sale. He stayed in touch, checked in on how the car was doing, and when I mentioned some steering wheel vibration — likely an alignment or tire balance issue — he offered to cover the cost of fixing it without hesitation. That kind of generosity is rare in this industry, and it speaks volumes about his character. Most dealerships move on the moment the deal is signed. Mike genuinely cares about his customers long after the paperwork is done. When I'm ready for my next BMW, I already know exactly where I'm going and who I'm calling.

DARCARS Lexus of GreenwichReviews
DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich review
We would like to express our appreciation to Sales Consultant James Palmer at Darcars Lexus of Greenwich for outstanding professionalism and excellent service during the purchase of our vehicle. We have purchased a pre-owned Lexus NX450H+ on-line. Huge thanks to Ashley Ramirez Ferrer, online consultant for helping with questions we had. Me and my wife have flown to New York from Houston to pick up our Lexus. Upon arrival the vehicle and all documents were ready and after signing all papers we started our 1600 mile trip back to Houston with no technical problems whatsoever. Please also extend our thanks to the mechanical team for their expertise. We will recommend our friends about the great service at Darcars Lexus of Greenwich. Great job all around! If you want honest and professional service, ask for James!
2024 BMW X5 review
This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge RamReviews
Decozen Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram review
I just purchased a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from John Bowler. He and Carmine Lofaro (Finance) were great. This is a small dealership but they were not pushy or anxious to sell me. In fact, this was the first out of eight dealerships I visited. Came full circle and happy that I did. As you might expect, out of eight regional dealerships, some felt more like your stereotypical dealership than others. DeCozen and a couple of others were class acts. In retrospect, I realize that the initial deal DeCozen offered was aggressive to get my business. None of the other dealerships matched DeCozen's initial offer. Granted, there is no much financial wiggle room on Wranglers. But DeCozen didn't change their initial offer after I committed as I have experienced before. They delivered as promised and didn't try to take me out of the market prematurely. I love the vehicle. Would highly recommend visiting DeCozen if you are in the market.
2024 BMW X5 review
I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Rallye BMWReviews
Rallye BMW review
I had direct dealings with Vito Alami during my experience with him at another dealership. To be clear, I understand that Mr. Alami is no longer employed at this location. I want to distinguish my experience with an individual employee from my opinion of the dealership itself. I have no basis to assign responsibility to the dealership or its current management for the actions of a former employee, and I am not suggesting otherwise. The dealership itself receives five stars. My concerns relate specifically to my dealings with Mr. Alami, which left me with serious reservations regarding his approach to sales practices, pricing transparency, and the accuracy of information provided during the purchasing process. These concerns were significant enough that I considered bringing the underlying circumstances to the attention of appropriate state and federal consumer protection authorities. I would encourage any prospective employer considering Mr. Alami for a position involving automobile sales, management, or consumer transactions to conduct thorough independent due diligence and carefully evaluate his previous professional history. This review reflects my personal experience and is not intended as a criticism of his former employer or its current staff.

We were very happy with both the professionalism and competency of this dealership. Our sales advisor, Jerry Chen, was both very well organized and very friendly. He had both the paperwork and the vehicle ready for us as scheduled. We would highly recommend this dealership.
