It was a good experience with the dealership. Went in with no firm decision about buying a new HR-V, But came out asa proud owner. The salesperson Ruby Rana was very helpful in all aspects like car details, financing .etc. till the car was delivered to me.

Overall great experience. This dealership leaves the other ones in the dust. Thanks to Rick, Alan, Zen and the lady in the tag department. They made my buying experience seamless and quick. They did not waste my time. They did what they said that they were going to do. I puta deposit down on the car and I had the car the next day.
2023 BMW X5 review
Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Easterns Automotive (Laurel) – A Shoutout to Mr. Lorenzo Joseph! From the moment I walked into the Easterns Automotive Laurel location, I knew I was in good hands. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere—but what truly made my experience exceptional was the customer service provided by Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Mr. Joseph went above and beyond to ensure my car-buying experience was seamless and stress-free. From the initial greeting to handing me the keys, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to understand my needs and budget, provided expert recommendations without any pressure, and answered every question I had with honesty and professionalism. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the way he treated me like more than just another customer. His calm demeanor, transparency throughout the process, and commitment to making sure I left happy made all the difference. In an industry where great customer service can be hit or miss, Mr. Joseph is a true standout. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and want a team that values integrity and top-tier service, I highly recommend Easterns Automotive in Laurel—and be sure to ask for Mr. Lorenzo Joseph. Select Auto ImportsReviews
Select Auto Imports review
Select Auto Imports is a highly professional group. I purchased a Range Rover from a different state without seeing the car. Paperwork was arranged by them via Fedex quickly. They are very knowledgeable and experienced with out-of-state transactions. The car was exactly as described by Select Auto in excellent condition with no surprises and no hassles. This is a very trustworthy group and I highly recommend them. Buying a car from a different state ended up being a better buying experience than visiting my local dealers.
2025 BMW X5 review
Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Worked with Tyler Homren and his financial support team. From someone who has purchased their fair share of new vehicles, Working with Tyler and his Team was the most fun my wife and I have ever had purchasing a new car. Have already recommended to a number of people to specifically ask for Tyler and his team. For the record, I do not do reviews, but this experience with him was excellent.

Audi Chantilly review
I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Mobin, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we connected, Mobin was the definition of professionalism—calm, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. What truly stood out was his commitment to making sure I understood every detail of the process. No question was too small, and he explained everything thoroughly without rushing or pressuring me. His patience and clarity made a potentially stressful decision feel smooth and manageable. Mobin genuinely prioritized my comfort and confidence throughout the purchase. His helpfulness and transparency turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a positive and even enjoyable one. If you're looking for a trustworthy and attentive car salesman who values your peace of mind, I highly recommend working with Mobin. He sets a high bar for service and professionalism in the auto industry.

2022 BMW X5 review
Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Very Happy with my Wrangler, Vence at finance helped me get a great APR better then my own credit union.
2022 BMW X5 review
Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

Mercedes-Benz of Chantilly review
I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz A220. I have a rather long commute to work and wanted something great on gas. I found the car, met with the salesman and drove it home! Nice and courteous salesman worked with me to get the deal done. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a Benz.
2025 BMW X5 review
The BMW X5 offers an excellent combination of luxury, comfort, and driving performance. The interior feels premium with high-quality materials and modern technology. The ride is smooth, the handling is impressive, and the vehicle feels powerful on the road. It provides plenty of space for passengers and is a great choice for daily driving and family trips. Overall, the BMW X5 delivers a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience.

Great customer service from my salesperson Brian Hillerich. I have already referred friends to him. Made sure I had everything I needed and was very responsive to all post order questions.
2020 BMW X5 review
1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

Will the service manager was great in helping me get some work done to a car i purchased here years ago, glad to see they care about customers even after the sale
2020 BMW X5 review
The car is spectacular, it only brings a defect to me concern, the star/stop bottom does not have the option to deactivate it, although in sport mode it is not bad. In areas of uneven pavement the car jumps like a rabbit, it's not comfortable, but smooth is not bad. The car is almost perfect except for those two things, and very economical in the city, spectacular on the highway and off roads or mountains, it is super good and capable. Mine has not brought mechanical or electrical problems. super nice everything

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.
