Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Best experience I have ever had with Mercedes since I purchased my 2023 C300. My advisor was present and on time. All questions were answered immediately, with explanations, if necessary. A loaner car was waiting my arrival with correct information provided. I could go on for another 25 words but let?s end by saying. After many incredible purchases from this dealership, this is our first custom build. From the start of the build Ryan was awesome assisting us with all the options. Took deposit and then we waited. Due to supply chain issues we were told it may take over a year. We understood and were fine with that. His communication during that time was top notch. The call came that our car would be in. Could not wait and delivery was no different. No games no hidden fees. He took his time and explained everything. You can tell he loves the product and represents the brand well. Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

Purchased 2 years ago. Drives like a rocketship. handles extremely well. no issues thus far, just regular maintenance. Interior is very well designed and very comfortable. The caro area is well designed as well.

Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Amazing experience at Kia of Cape Coral. We had been to two other Kia dealerships before we found Mark Lima at Kia of Cape Coral.He was very fair and when I spoke with him over the phone and made an agreement on price, he was the first to actually honor the price exactly when we got to the dealership. Typically we were given an agreed price and then once we got to the other dealership, the price went up with tons of fees added. This did not happen with Mark at Kia of Cape Coral. He was so efficient and kind throughout the entire process. He made the car buying process a positive experience for us. I highly recommend him if you are in this area and in the market to buy a car. He will do his best to make sure you are treated well throughout the process. This was my daughter’s first new car and it took a little longer through the financing process but he stayed past his normal hours to make sure it was all completed before he left us. Thank you so much Mark! You have earned our business on any future car purchase. I had to share this experience because I know this isn’t the normal experience at most car dealerships. Mark was an exception to the experiences we have had in the past.

Great car. Wish it didn't come with run flat tires which I believe lessens the quality of the ride, and they wear out quickly. Other than that, no real complaints. Car is truly the ultimate driving machine.

This service was my first one since buying my Tucson in Ct. I recently moved to Fort Myers. The service advisor (David Sanchez) was very patient, courteous and he answered all my questions.The service was fast, and considering I took it at 4:15pm. Everything was explained to me and I was out in 45min.
