Came to the dealership interested in a test drive and purchase of a used car I found on Carfax. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and it was in exactly the condition the listing described. The price they gave me was exactly what was listed online. The test drive and purchase process was relatively quick, and very easy with a lot of digital technology instead of the endless paper forms like the days of old. The office was clean and comfortable. They gave us significantly more for our trade-in than KBB estimated. Overall no complaints, they are a straight shooting dealer. If you like the price they list online, and you like the vehicle in the condition listed, go talk to them and buy it. Can't get any easier than that.

The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

There was an initial glitch with my confirmed appointment - but the team above were both honest and great at making me feel a priority. The situation was resolved to my total satisfaction with little impact other than feeling more valued as a service client. The car was as described and the Sales person ( Kevin Soltwedel) was available on his day off to show me the car after communicating via email. I eneded up purchasing the car and there was little hassle in doing so. I had one small issue with the key fob missing the key blade ( $30) part and initially dealership wouldn't agree to replace it. After some back and forth with my salesman, they finally agreed to make it right. I did feel that my salesman had to work too hard to rectify the issue internally at Land rover Bethesda, for something that should have been a non brainer

The thing I like the most about Jon is that I never have to pursue him for information on the status of my car. He?s always honest; letting me know if the car has to stay another day in the shop or if I can retrieve it. This information is invaluable when it comes to making a schedule which includes car pick up versus waiting for an Internet message which never seems to come.

Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

I purchased this car for my wife a few months ago now, and it has been a joy to own thus far. The car is very spacious (even for myself at 6'7" and 285 pounds) and carries our two children in the back without any distress due to the power function in the second row, something that doesn't always occur when I'm in the driver's seat of almost any other car. The seats are extremely comfortable, and it's both quiet in comfort mode and performs better than many would expect in sport mode, even as a 40i model with the 6-cylinder. While I prefer the pre-facelift X7 we owned before this one in terms of the front end, the rest of the car is an improvement without question.

I would give Coleman Infiniti high marks in every category but two stand out particularly: first the personal service I received from Enrique was very welcoming and informative. And second, I was in the market for running boards for my QX60 and he was quick to find and order just the right ones for my car and have them installed in less than a week. I also like that he remembers me and uses my name when welcoming me.

A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. Voice activated assistant understands common commands and responds appropriately. Mild hybrid supports outstanding fuel mileage and range. Twin turbo is powerful and quick with no lag. This is the finest vehicle I have ever owned.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

My car has most options that are available, I don't have the rear wheel steering only because it wasn't available to me at the time. Over all I love the drive, comfort and styling in and out. I wish they would have left the full size shifter instead of just a knob for shifting. Also on the rear doors they removed the courtesy door lights, you do have the lights that illuminate your path as you approach the vehicle. And it would be nice if when you order the trailer hitch you can steal use the kick to open the rear hatch. This vehicle has so many features that youtube can help with. I would buy another one.
