Working With Northside Auto and Chad, was one of the smoothest and pleasant experiences we have had with buying a car. Chad was thorough, informative, genuine, straight forward and accommodating. We were coming in from out of state and Chad and his team kept the shop open till we got there (1hr late). He had all our docs in a row ready to be signed. I bought the car from out of state and Jonathan De La Cruz did a walk around for me, had the car in perfect shape for me, arranged to have a car pick me up at the airport, and then Niello literally went the extra mile (143 to be exact) to get me where I needed to go with my certified pre-owned MINI. Very happy with my treatment and all employees I encountered. Though I hope to never have to go 1000 miles again to get the perfect car—I’d be happy to work with Niello again.
