I’m a long time returning client with this specific dealership. I actually live in NY, about an hour away, and make the drive solely based on their customer service. I’ve been coming here since 2003/04. A few weeks ago turned in my 2016 5 Series for a 2020 2 Series and love it! Didn’t have a set car in mind when walking in, but Lori Asserson was able to show me what she thought I might like. She asked for my criteria, which was: a Coupe, AWD, Black and NO LEATHER, as I am Vegan. The last one also came equipped with the sensatec (I believe that’s what it’s called?) Low and behold, she had this exact car in one of their lots! It was meant to be! My transactions with BMW of Ramsey are always pain free. Everyone just wants to help you, but I believe Lori goes above and beyond. She truly is a gem, and one of their longest standing Service Advisors - Platinum status for sure. She also isn’t pushy, which I DO NOT LIKE. I was very fortunate to have been placed with her after my former advisor had retired. I wouldn’t want to do business with anyone else...she’s just so warm and genuine. No schticks here! Again, it’s the customer service that has kept me coming back after 16 or so years. I can’t end this review without mentioning to the other 2 people that participated in my experience. Dwayne, the resident car genius, who knows every BMW like the back of his hand, and makes you laugh while he’s assisting you. Then there was Rob - in the Insurance area, my last stop before leaving. He’s a new addition to this dealership and a pleasure to deal with as well! He was so informative and spoke I great detail about the bundles to be offered. I never took advantage of this before, and thought it would help with peace of mind. I sure was glad I got the bundle I did! Thank you Rob for your recommendation. Thank you Lori for being you and adding that special and most unique touch to the experience...

Sure, I had a few ideas before walking in, but honestly didn’t have a set car in mind when actually walking in. My Client Advisor, Lori Asserson was able to show me what she thought I might like. She asked for my criteria, which was: a Coupe, AWD, Cold Weather Package, Black and most important for me, NO LEATHER, as I am Vegan. She asked if we liked what was out on the floor a few steps away...a black 2 Series, Coupe. Then suggested we go check it out while she do some searching in her database. Low and behold, mere minutes later, she comes back announcing that she had the exact car with every single one of my "must haves" in one of their lots! It even came equipped with that SensaTec interior material, just like the 5 Series I just turned in. So if you can imagine, I was ecstatic! It was meant to be! My transactions with BMW of Ramsey are always pain free. Everyone just wants to help you, but I believe Lori goes above and beyond of just "helping" you. She truly is a gem, and one of their longest standing Service Advisors - Platinum status for sure. She also isn’t pushy, knows her cars, and overall is just a CLASS ACT. He was so informative and personable, and spoke in great detail about the bundles to be offered. I never took advantage of this before, but after speaking with him, thought it would help with my own peace of mind to add in a bundle. I sure was glad I got the bundle I did! I had an amazing experience at Tarrytown Honda with Jose. I went in with a very small budget and was looking for a used, reliable car. Jose was patient, indulged me as I flip flopped between two options, and made the whole experience super enjoyable. There was a minor hiccup at the end with one of the brakes but Jose got it resolved very quickly and hand delivered the vehicle to me two days later. I'd recommend shopping at this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Honda! Thanks again Jose.

Top shelf service department. Your vehicle is ready when the say it will be. Clean and confortable waiting area. There are two BMW dealers closer to my home than Orange County BMW, but from Selection to sales to service they are worth the trip.

Unreal performance and the absolute best of both worlds... in sport plus it is a BEAST. Period. Like less than 4s 0-60, regardless of official specs. In eco I'm getting 40mpg!! Show me another car that does that and looks this good doing it.

This was our 1st BMW Suv purchase. It has 3 rows which accommodates our three kids very nicely. It’s roomy and very comfortable. The only thing that it has that I wish it didn’t, is the automatic start/stop button feature. The brown leather is beautiful! The crystal knobs are great quality. We bought the M sport so it has all the sporty exterior features. I would highly recommend this vehicle. We’re very happy!

My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities) Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!

I can't say enough about my 2020 BMW X4. I found excuses to drive, just to take it out and throw it around corners (to quote my son, who also oddly found just as many excuses to drive). Competent in snow, secure on dirt/gravel roads, I felt secure in driving in whatever rural Montana tossed my way. The cabin is spacious and well laid out. Controls are easy to access and displays are very clear/easy to read. Sufficient power to conquer mountain passes, and my average fuel economy (driving like an idiot at times) hovered around 29-30 mpg. Cargo space... to quote one reviewer, "I'm not the ****** UPS man" - if you need cargo space, go with the X3 or X5 (and look like just about every other driver in Bozeman MT). We moved our son to school (all of his stuff, and 3 adults) in the X4 w/o any issues. It's roomier than reviews make it out to be. No issues with reliability, and it is the safest vehicle I've ever owned. I was t-boned by a driver (who was on her phone) doing at least 25 mph & while her car was destroyed, mine was injured but driveable, and I was uninjured despite her slamming directly into the driver's side. I would gladly recommend an X4; it's the best of all worlds providing comfort/sporty driving, 8" clearance, and a bit of space in the back end. And it's not "silly looking". You won't regret it.

I love my new car ..Ive always wanted this car ..and now I own it ...everything about this car is wonderful...It has so much room and space my car is very high tech and I love it ..the material is so beautiful ...I will enjoy every moment when driving my beautiful car.

Imagine our predicament. We live in a small community in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. Our neighbor and his wife purchase low-mileage vehicles from dealers throughout the Northeast, then diligently repair them until they are roadworthy once again and ready for purchase by local folks. My wife, another neighbor and I often bring the vehicles home. Monday afternoon we were driving north on the Thruway with a Ford F-150 we had just obtained from a dealer in Wayne, NJ when we noticed the left front tire losing air. We pulled over, discovered that the spare had no air in it, prayed, and decided to try to make it to the next exit. We proceeded slowly for miles in the breakdown lane and made it to the Harriman exit at last. Spotting a Walmart sign, we made for it. It was too far. The tire split just as we pulled into Orange County BMW's parking lot. What a "kettle of fish". Surrounded by so many shiny, premium new autos, the sad F-150 was so out of place! We shuffled disconsolently into the office and a young man jumped up to greet us. "What can we help you with?" he asked. "We are looking for a Good Samaritan," I replied. "Let's see what we can do," he responded." His name was Michael Pussilano and he indicated that he was "on loan" for three days to Orange County BMW from his own Mercedes dealership. He walked out into the cold to survey the damage, then assured us they would take charge. He then invited us to make ourselves comfortable in their waiting room. Their waiting room was warm (so welcome after spending time outside in the bitter wind!), spotless, well-lit, and featured an interesting array of magazines, classic models, accessories, and clothing. They worked on the old Ford for over an hour. Presently, Michael returned with a tire wrench in one hand and the spent cable lock from the Ford's tire carriage. He apologized because they had had to cut the cable (a necessity with ANY truck subjected to over 30 minutes of New York State's overly-salted winter highways!) and cautioned us to tighten the lug nuts on the freshly-installed spare tire after a few miles, for safety's sake. I reached for my credit card and received the shock of my life. What did we owe? "Nothing," Michael stated, "this was a complimentary service". We had found our "Good Samarian". What more could I say? None of us will ever forget the kind, thoughtful, efficient service that we found at Orange County BMW. Thank you, Orange County, for so kindly getting us back on our way. And thank you, Michael Pussilano, and everyone who laid a hand or wrench on that old Ford, for reviving our trust in humanity. Very sincerely, Brian Smith

Sold my 2015 640i coupe for a 2020 840i. Couldn't be happier even though it doesn't have a popup roof, or CD player. The speed blue/cognac combo is eye popping. I haven't ever seen another 840 one on the road. Looking forward to changing the run flats for premium radial all-weather tires. Very quick with the 335 HP 6 cylinder in sport mode, & runs great on 89 octane....

Balanced Handling, good power, one of the best coupes on the market to date. Wanted to get BMWs best before they were gone for good.

I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!

I’ve owned a 2020 x3m competition since the month they were released. First let me knock out rough ride thing. If you ride on the stock Conti summer tires all the time, yes it can be rough. I switched to to Michelin all weather after 11,000 miles and it made a huge difference! A much better more comfortable ride Side note: when I would swap Conti to winter tires also a huge difference! The stock summer tires that come on the car are incredible for handling on a track which the car was made for but, the car feels much better with Michelin all sports all seasons. This car makes me happy every time I drive it ! So much fun to drive!

Bought a Golf GTI for my son here in January 2022. Gabriel was our salesperson - awesome service, really nice guy, no pressure - had to request after care service as well due to a dead battery - Gabriel was at my house less than an hour after phoning to take care of it. Took car to be inspected by VW during the lemon law 30 day period - no issues identified except for routine maintenance matters.

Very please with the car. I had a 2018 530d which I thought was very quite but this is just the next level. I look forward to longer journeys. The torque in the car is addictive and so smooth. I just wish I could sit in the back!

Amazing experience staff is phenomenal and the vehicles are great and fairly priced. I will recommend this dealer to my friends and family I’m glad I stumbled upon this dealer their inventory is filled with options and prices I just couldn’t say no to.
