Circle Buick GMCReviews
Circle Buick GMC review
I would like to thank Kathy and her team at Circle Buick GMC for making my vehicle purchase a great experience. At first, the process was becoming a little discouraging, but Kathy remained patient, positive, and professional throughout the entire experience. She took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Thanks to Kathy and James dedication and excellent customer service, I was able to drive away in the vehicle I wanted, a brand new 2026 GMC Terrain! Her knowledge, honesty, and positive energy truly made a difference. I was originally referred to Kathy at Circle Buick GMC, and after my experience, I will absolutely be recommending her to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you again, Kathy and the entire team, for helping make this happen!

Acura Highland Park review
Had a great experience here, went in to buy a used car I was greeted by Lee he was very upfront the entire time. He did his best and got me a good deal. Troy and Adrian were my salesmen, they never tried to upsell me on anything. Everyone was very personable and friendly. There was a small clip broken on an interior piece (from being a used car) I asked about one time and they fixed it right away. Detailed the car and even put some gas in it. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

Chase is hands down the best salesperson at Lunghammer. He?s incredibly fast, tech-forward, and knows exactly how to work a great deal. I?ve been going to him for years and wouldn?t dream of going anywhere else. Highly recommend!
2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

Myron was great. Very personable and not pushy. He didn't deal much on the price but it was below book and in the end we were happy with what we got. The vehicle is exactly what we were looking for. Molly was great also with her big screen paperwork and helping us make a decision on the extended warranty which we purchased. Thank you White Bear Lake Superstore for a fantastic experience.

Brookfield Buick GMCReviews
Brookfield Buick GMC review
I purchased a used vehicle from Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC last year, and a few months later discovered a mechanical issue that needed attention. The problem was something that really should have been noted or recognized during their pre-sale inspection and preparation. I reached out to the dealership, explained the situation, and provided the relevant details. The team was incredibly responsive, professional, and apologetic from the very first interaction. They reviewed everything quickly, took full responsibility, and agreed to cover the entire cost of the repair at the shop of my choice, no questions asked and no hassle. In today's world, it's refreshing to see a dealership step up like this, especially for a used car. Their accountability and willingness to make things right completely restored my confidence in them. If you're in the market for a Buick, GMC, or just want a dealership that treats customers fairly and with integrity, I highly recommend Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick GMC. Fantastic experience, thank you to the entire team!

Recently I took my 2011 terrain back for repairs for the 2nd time. After facing a bill of $492.00 Mr. Bacon understood my problem and told me "don't worry , the parts are on the way and your window will be fixed. He later told me that they want me to pay $100.00. I told him my 1st visit was within my warranty and I shouldn't even have a bill. Later he came back and told me "you're good". I thanked him for his services. I will call Mr. Bacon for future services.

Gray's Used Cars review
This is the second car we have bought from Jim. Grays used auto is always the first place my family looks when buying a car. Jim went above and beyond helping us find the perfect car for my mother and gave us an unbelievable price. My daughter is still driving around the last car we purchased and have had zero issues with that car either. We will be back when looking for our next car.

Worked with Kaylum and he was extremely helpful and accommodating to my timeline for purchase. He was up front and made the car purchasing experience pretty low stress. Recommend asking for him by name.

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.
2023 Buick Envision review
As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

2023 Buick Envision review
My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Randall Ford review
Perfect buying experience! We got a new Ranger Raptor. Highly sought after truck. I called and the receptionist was great! Immediately hooked me up with Jimmy Haas. He listened closely to what we wanted and said that they just unloaded one and it was in prep right now. Lucky for me!!! We actually closed the deal over the phone and I signed e documents that afternoon! Was contacted by Jordan Gregory and made arrangements to pay. Very easy to work with!!! Paid via wire transfer the next day. Jimmy locked up my truck in one of the private buildings out back until we could pick it up the next Saturday morning!!! We drove in from Tulsa in the morning and Jimmy came out to greet us before we were out of my old truck! Signed a Bill of Sale and drove home!!!!! Best truck buying experience ever!!!!!!!!!! Couple days later we got a call from Noel Harvey, General Sales Manager checking to make sure everything went well and we were happy! Excellent overall experience!!!! Thank you Jimmy
