Very great experience Derrick helped me with my first purchase very successful and will be recommending others
2025 Buick Envision review
I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike is by far the best car salesman I ever worked with! Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience I had with Mike. Not only was Mike phenomenal; every dealership staff member I had the pleasure of meeting and working with were extremely helpful, polite, attentive and added to this being such an amazingly positive experience! The receptionist that greeted us was wonderful and offered us water and checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure we didn't need anything. Jeremy, the Sales Manager, also came to introduce himself and I had the opportunity to share what a fantastic salesman Mike is! I had the opportunity to complete my financing working with Beau who was also extremely helpful and was able to get me a great loan! I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I will never go to any other dealership for anything related to the care, maintenance and purchasing of any other vehicles!! I strongly recommend and encourage anyone looking for a phenomenal car buying experience to go to Banks and meet their fantastic staff and see the MANY cars they have to choose from! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Dealt with David Martinez at Bettenhausen Jeep and had a very positive experience purchasing my new Jeep Trackhawk! While other greedy dealers were "trying" to charge $30K over sticker, David sold to me at MSRP which shows the true character of himself and the operators of this dealership. From start to finish David was friendly, professional, and very helpful ensuring everything went smoothly. Thanks again David, loving all 707 HP of this beast!

Advantage Chevrolet review
I had an excellent experience at this dealership from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding – everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They respected my time, kept the process, efficient, made everything straightforward, and stress-free. What stood up most was their honesty in their pricing. There were no games or unnecessary pressure tactics. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain to everything clearly, and worked with me to obtain the vehicle I came in for. It’s rare to find a dealership that values both customer experiencing and efficiency, but this team definitely does. I truly appreciated. How smooth the entire process was and how much they cared about making sure I was comfortable with my decision. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free car buying experience.

Todd was very helpful and made sure my car was pulled inside when leaving as it was very slippery outside
2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.

2024 Buick Envision review
This 2024 Envision Avenir has more than satisfied my expectations. The car is peppy under most conditions even with the 4 cylinder turbo. The large screen on the dash provides a lot of options of what you might want to show and it is easily changed. I believe that it has a very nice look and feel in that inside and nice looking on the outside.

Mercedes-Benz of Naperville review
We purchased a used vehicle from this location and we were nothing but impressed with good customer service from the sales person over the phone to the test drive...even to the financing...down to earth staff at all angles. What a great experience for a used car purchase of a non-Mercedes! I would definitely recommend them and we will be back again!
2017 Buick Envision review
For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

2022 Buick Envision review
I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

My only complaint is that I cannot seem to close the door mirrors. Small complaint and not really a flaw but cosmetic. The car is amazing. It has plenty of room and acceleration. It is comfortable and luxurious too.

Hawk CDJR review
If you’re looking for a Jeep, don’t hesitate to reach out to Jason at Hawk Jeep! This was my fourth lease with Stellantis, and this experience was by far the best one yet. Since I was driving from about an hour away, Jason worked with me to finalize the deal seamlessly via email. He got me into the exact car I inquired about at a payment I was genuinely happy with. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, everything was ready to go—I was literally in the showroom for minutes, not the typical hours! The car was detailed beautifully, the showroom was new and clean, and the rest of the staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Jason was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Thanks, Jason!

They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.
2022 Buick Envision review
Before purchasing my Buick Envision Avenir I researched and test drove approximately 8 different brands, even the Porsche Macan and Genesis GV70. I chose the 2022 Buick Envision Avenir because of the value and multiple things about it, mainly the way it looks, feels, and drives. Simply excellent. I love driving this car every day. Absolutely love it after 8 months ownership. Zero problems.

Arlington Heights Buick GMC review
From the moment my husband and I pulled into the dealership, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and a true desire to help us find what we were looking for. Within minutes, Cesar greeted us, took us to one of the cars we were interested in, and had us test driving. Needless to say, we were happy to make our purchase there. Cesar was fabulous with communication and showed us every feature before we drove off the lot. I felt well taken care of and ready to use my vehicle. Thanks for the awesome service!

Phillips Chevrolet review
This is a review of Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. All the employees treat me like family every time I go there for service, parts or purchasing a vehicle. Most of them know me by name or familiar face, but all of them say hello and how are you. After 35 years of being a repeat customer, one gets to know a lot of people there. I get what I call first class treatment each and every time. I buy all my Chevrolet’s from Phillips because of the atmosphere but also great deals. I recommend working with Phillips for all your driving needs. Sincerely, Tom O’Connor.

D'Arcy Buick GMC review
I am really happy with the service I received on October 5th and 6th 1026. Service Advisor Armando Bautista very thorough, courteous and professional. He made sure the warranty company paid their fair share of the cost to repair my vehicle. The warranty company offered to pay only a third of the cost after Armando was done consulting with them they ended up paying just at half of the cost. He also advocated that i received a free car rental for 24hrs to run a few errands i had scheduled that day while my vehicle was being worked on. If the service advisors could be tipped Armando would have surely received one from me. Clean place and clean spirit throughout the dealership!
2024 Buick Envision review
Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway

Had a great experience here, went in to buy a used car I was greeted by Lee he was very upfront the entire time. He did his best and got me a good deal. Troy and Adrian were my salesmen, they never tried to upsell me on anything. Everyone was very personable and friendly. There was a small clip broken on an interior piece (from being a used car) I asked about one time and they fixed it right away. Detailed the car and even put some gas in it. Overall great experience, highly recommend.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!
