Gastonia Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMCReviews
Gastonia Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC review
I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering buying a vehicle. I live in Colorado and found one of their vehicles online. When I called, William picked up the phone and gave me honest answers to every concern I had. Soon after, I was contacted by the Sales Manager, Jason, who made me feel even more confident about the process. They picked me up from the airport, and everything — absolutely everything — was exactly as promised. From start to finish, this was hands down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. These guys are true professionals. If they give you their word, you can trust they’ll stand by it. Going forward, this will be the first dealership I check when shopping for any future vehicles — especially high-end ones — because I know I’m dealing with a team that values honesty and integrity above all. Thank you again for an outstanding experience!
2023 Buick Envision review
As over many years Buick is in the background, however I have owned both, and the Buick outshine the Cadillac ever year. If you want to impress other 's and spend money go with the Cadillac if you want to enjoy your car buy the Buick. That said start looking at the envision on up

Honda of ConcordReviews
Honda of Concord review
I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Chris Lucas at Honda of Concord! A few months ago, I walked in knowing EXACTLY what I wanted: a 2026 Honda Passport in a very specific trim and color. Chris showed me exactly what I was looking for, explained everything thoroughly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood all the features. Most importantly, he never once tried to talk me into something different or pressure me into making a decision. He listened to what I wanted and respected it completely despite it being my first time ever buying a vehicle and not knowing much about the process. I was upfront that I wouldn?t be purchasing for a few more months, and Chris was still just as helpful and accommodating. We exchanged contact information, and when I was finally ready, I reached back out to him. The deal came together just like that! The process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free because I already knew I was working with someone I could trust. What impressed me most was that Chris understood the value of building a relationship with a customer rather than simply trying to make a sale that day. He respected my timeline, never made me feel rushed, and gave me every reason to come back to him when I was ready. That level of patience, professionalism, and genuine customer service is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Chris Lucas is an incredible asset to Honda of Concord, and I sincerely hope his management team knows how well he represents the dealership. He made me feel heard, respected, and confident in my purchase from the very beginning. If you?re looking for a salesperson who genuinely listens, knows his vehicles, and puts your needs first without making you feel pressured, ASK FOR CHRIS! Thank you, Chris, for helping me get the exact 2026 Honda Passport I had my heart set on and making the entire experience such a positive one. You earned my business, my trust, and this extremely long five-star review. If I ever purchase another vehicle, you?ll absolutely be one of the first people I contact! ????? P.S. I named her Reverie :)
2017 Buick Encore review
I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

Modern Nissan of Lake Norman review
Pressure free buying at Modern Nissan!! Brian Barner is an amazing sales rep. He was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the car. Brian and Taryn worked with me on pricing and made the entire process easy. My second car from Modern Nissan and I know I will be back for another car.
2024 Buick Enclave review
This is a replacement from 2011 Chevy Traverse. Similar size but 2X the comfort & quietness. Average AWD gas milleage is 24mpg in the highway and 21mpg combined. Love the 360 degree camera and sensors. 54k miles now and the only thing that broke is the windshield washer pump ($38 part + 45min install). Reasonable priced for a 7 seater luxury car. ATF can be changed without lifting the car (5.3qts drain & fill). Cant go wrong with this lovely SUV.

2015 Buick Enclave review
We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

2022 Buick Envision review
I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.

Great customer service, felt no pressure to buy a car. We ended to buying a car here. Very happy with our experience!
2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

Very friendly and helpful staff They make car shopping easy without the stress and pressure of being harassed while shopping Will definitely come back in the future
2016 Buick Enclave review
Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. Black on black with black grill and rims with crushed glass in the paint, so many compliments especially how masculine looking the vehicle is The dealership Garber of Fort pierce has been amazing from sales to service to accessories Best purchase I've made in years highly recommended

2024 Buick Envista review
Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. You are not spending 40 to 50,000 on a vehicle buying this car and you’re getting something that looks definitely like it could be worth 40,000.

I had an outstanding experience buying my truck from Michael Swain at 77 Auto. The process was relaxed and pressure-free, and the team made sure I was comfortable throughout. Michael listened carefully to my needs, went the extra mile to check the truck with a tech, and was honest about options that didn’t meet my standards. He knows how to get the right answers for his customers, which really impressed me. From start to finish, this was a smooth, professional, and attentive experience. I’ll definitely work with Michael and his team again!

I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

2019 Buick Cascada review
Bought this car after my wife said she missed her old Solara convertible. She loves it. Drives well. Extremely comfortable. Only complaint so far is that the trunk is small—and with the top down it’s almost non-existent. Her golf clubs ride in the front seat. We’ve only had it two weeks, so can’t comment meaningfully on reliability. But she loves it.
