We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. We are so grateful to have met and worked with our sales consultant Bob Lisella. He was very professional and not pushy. He took the time to take us on a test drive and explain so many of the features on the Buick Enclave Avenir as well as the history of Buick and the advances they have made to their vehicles (which was a big selling point for us) He was very responsive to our questions and when we decided to purchase our new Buick Enclave Avenir, he was extremely attentive to the details. He made sure we knew all we needed to know before leaving the dealership. He went above and beyond making sure we were his top priority and that he and the Wright dealership and service department were there to ensure we were happy customers. He let us know he was available for any questions or cocerns about our vehicle in the future. I would also like to note that we were grateful for Zach and David Horvath. Zach was a true professional and was also there answering questions and helped to find us the best financing, and incentives. David was professional and thorough with us as he went through all the financing and extended warranty paperwork. It was an exceptionally busy Saturday for the dealership and all 3 gentlemen, were patient, kind and focused on my husband and I as their top priority. When we got our Enclave home, we noticed a couple small chips in the paint along side the cargo door as well as grease foot prints under the mats. We called Bob, brought the car back and the service department fixed the issues without any hesitation. We are so happy with our new Enclave and would definitely do business with Wright Automotive in the future. They make you feel like family!
