My battery died on the 2011 Juke. I went to Autonation Nissan and my service advisor, Sara Vance, took care of it. A new battery was installed free of charge since the existing battery was still under warranty.

CarMax HartfordReviews
CarMax Hartford review
I just picked up my new car at CarMax of Hartford and, I have to say, this was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I had found a Ford Explorer that I wanted to see on their lot. I put a hold on the vehicle on their website, very early in the morning. By 9am the same morning, I was contacted by Rocco Toce, the most awesome sales person around. I have bought many vehicles through the years and he is the top of the list! We went to look at the truck and he had it clean and ready for us to test drive. We loved the truck but it just didn’t have all the options that we were looking for. I found the exact Explorer we wanted in New York and Rocco jumped right in to help us transfer the vehicle to Hartford. I have to admit, it IS a leap of faith to pay the transfer fee upfront before even seeing the vehicle in person. Rocco jumped in and took over. He spoke to the other CarMax and had them check every part of the vehicle out. I felt very comfortable after he called and told me the truck sounds good. My Explorer made it to Hartford very quickly and Rocco immediately checked it out and let us know it was perfect! I went to see it yesterday. It was beautiful and in the best shape. Rocco took us through the entire car and never rushed us through anything. He sent our Explorer to detailing while my 2009 Silverado was appraised. I received a fair price for my trade and the deal was smooth and handled professionally by the staff. I’m pretty sure I have not had a better car buying experience. Rocco and the team at Hartford CarMax could not have done more to make our experience the best. I did a ton of research about CarMax like I’m sure everyone does. I drove over an hour to work with them and I am so glad I did. We walked out of there with a great, shiny Ford Explorer and the greatest car buying experience!

CarMax Garland review
I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. If I had anyone in the area looking to buy, I would send them to Chris in a heartbeat. Then I know they'd have a good experience and be completely taken care of.

Very helpful in confirming the vehicle was available for sale. Also getting the paperwork setup to have it shipped out. It went very smoothly.

CarMax Cy-FairReviews
CarMax Cy-Fair review
After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! We have now purchased 5 vehicles from them and have been thrilled with the experience and the durability and safety of a CarMax car!

Bud Weiser MotorsReviews
Bud Weiser Motors review
If you are looking to purchase a car or need a repair, Bud Weiser is the best dealership! We originally had our vehicle serviced by Bud Weiser for ten plus years. We had to relocate four years ago and tried to locate another authorized GM Dealer in our new area for repairs. We ended up making our way back to Bud Weiser regardless of the significant drive. The service department is hands down the best around. Bud Weiser properly diagnosed and repaired critical safety concerns with my car. These issues were missed by another dealership. Securing an appointment in a timely manner, phenomenal communication, and reliable service are only a few things I would recommend about this dealership. Service Advisor Shawn Gotham listens to my concerns, helps me understand the repairs needed, and always has my family's safety first. We look forward to supporting this local family business in the future! Thank you to the Bud Weiser team for all that you do. We appreciate it!

#1 Cochran Lot 1 RobinsonReviews
#1 Cochran Lot 1 Robinson review
My experience at Lot#1 Robinson location of #1 Cochran was simple and quick. I walked the oot for about 5 minutes before I was approached by a Salesperson. This afforded me an opportunity to examine the 2 vehicles that I was interested in without any pressure or interference! The Salesperson was complimentary and almost apologetic about the condition of the cars, which explained the great price posted online. The issues were mostly cosmetic ( peeling clear coat) and foreign sealant surrounding the rear tire wells and panels. Pictures provided online were okay but perhaps a more realistic depiction of problem areas would have been useful.
2017 Cadillac XT5 review
This is the most reliable car we have ever purchased. Still looks like new. Followed all standard factory service scheduled requirements. 55,000 miles to date. On the second set of tires. 2017 XT5 luxury edition.

Tonkin Gladstone HyundaiReviews
Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai review
Excellent service, attentive, honest. I’m a fan of Tonkin, so this is what I would expect of any of their dealerships. But this one in particular had a different vibe. Smaller, simpler, kinda more community oriented. My car got the service it needed, with Hyundai’s proper standards, and that means a lot to me. We know what a lot of mainstream people think of Hyundai, but the truth is that Hyundais are not meant for racing, but they are indeed some of the most excellent daily vehicles that we could ever have. A++ for Tonkin Gladstone
