Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

I had a excellent experience with this nice dealership at Audi Novi in MI State. I wanted to visit them in person but i own a restaurant and i just simple don't have the time to go there. My salesman was very nice and professional. He kept me on updates on the whole deal of what's going on with the paper work and the time and date of shipping the 2016 silver Mercedes Benz C450 AMG 4door sedan car. It's just what i been looking for. It had to be this make and model series car. This model came out with collision prevention assist plus, eye's heads up display, intelligent drive, front collision prevention and distronic plus steering assist. I am happy with the price of the car as well. I was very happy when it arrived in my front drive way. The driver was kind enough to drive it in my back yard. I drove it around in my local town and highway, the car runs and drives excellent, i wish y'all could see the look and smile on my face. I will be buying from them again soon. I will keep checking on there web site off and on looking. I have other auto's on my list i want to buy from them soon. I been collecting car's since i was 18 years old. I'm 57 now. 2020 Cadillac XT5 review
I purchased the 2020 Cadillac XT5 midsize crossover based on the stylish looks, comfortable ride and optional V6 engine which takes regular gas. The panoramic sunroof, electronic precision shifter and interior design adds to the overall driving experience. The ride is good, but there is more road noise than expected probably due to no under carriage engine shield which makes the cabin not as isolated as it could be. Also there should be as standard equipment a rear mirror camera due to poor visibility. It appears many used Cadillac XT5 have some minor rear damage when checking the Carfax report.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2019 Cadillac XT5 review
The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

I brought my truck in for oil change, tire rotation and to resolve a warning light issue regarding the Tire Monitoring System. I left my truck overnight for a next day appointment and received a text by 7:30 am stating that the oil change and tire rotation had begun and that the tire sensor battery was dead causing the warning light to engage. I was given an estimate to replace the battery and was asked if I wanted to proceed with the repair. Since I have a lifetime warranty, I asked the service advisor to contact the warranty company to learn if the repair was covered. The advisor did so and luckily it was covered. The communication was very timely and accurate and the work on the truck was excellent. I've been to numerous dealerships for vehicle service and Walser Buick GMC Bloomington is by far the best.

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.
