2017 Cadillac XTS review
I bought this car in July 2020 w/30M...it was a rental rocket in EXCELLENT condition...tires were 8/32 so had recently been replaced before I purchased...the only repairs I've needed to do were both common with the XTS - had to replace that worthless CUE system because it froze and wouldn't respond to the DIY reset...also had spider web in the glass, another common defect...had leaks in the rear shocks, another known issue with the XTS...other than those 2 things this car has been amazing...the best Cadillac I've owned and this is my 12th one...I've been driving Cadillacs most of my adult life and this by far the best one, to the point I don't even mind having to replace the 2 items I mentioned...currently have 67M and only had to change the oil and rotate the tires

I needed a new vehicle and had decided to upgrade from my previous cars. A Cadillac was on my short list, so we started with Napleton Cadillac in Rockford. As we were looking at the cars, we were greeted by Alex, who brought us into the showroom to chat so he could find out more about us and what we were looking for. We took a beautiful new XT5 out for a test drive, and then went back in to chat more and get more information. I told Alex that I was just beginning my search, and he very nicely asked if he could give me a card, which of course, I took. Over the weekend he emailed me to explain current offers and rebates. After looking at a few other brands, I decided on an XT5, so we went in the following week to further discuss a purchase and look at a few new and preowned cars. Alex took the time to explain the specs on each one, making sure that I understood what each car had to offer. He wanted to make sure that I would be happy with the model I chose. Buying a car is a long process, but the Napleton showroom is very comfortable, and the fresh coffee and snacks kept us going! By the time we finished with the purchase, night had fallen and I wasn't comfortable driving a new car in the dark. Alex offered to have it delivered the next day. My beautiful new XT5 arrived the next morning at the appointed hour, freshly washed and detailed. Alex stayed to help us set up our Onstar service and get acquainted with my car. The overall service was simply impeccable. From the beginning to the end, I never felt any pressure, and everyone at Napleton made us feel very important and welcome. I wrote a review a couple of days ago, but have since worked with Cadillac to resolve this issue and while it will not let me edit the last review I can post a new one. Working with service centers can sometimes be very challenging, especially as a woman that does not know very much about cars. It's essential to me that I am able to go to a place that I know I can trust. In February of 2022 I took my car to this dealership to get a new key fob after losing one and have my transmission inspected. My car was under an extended warranty and they were able to replace the transmission control solenoid and get both of my new key fobs under warranty and at the end of the day it only cost me $46! Along the way Tim Radice, my service consultant was absolutely phenomenal. He kept me updated and made countless calls to my different warranty companies to ensure I was spending as little out of pocket as possible. Within a week I had my car back. Sadly shortly after my transmission started acting up again and the problem was much worse. I took it back to the dealership and found out that the transmission cover had warped and it was going to be a $1,500 fix because my warranty had just expired. Tim did everything he could (he's awesome like that) and put me into contact with the service manager, Paul. From the moment I got on the phone with Paul I could tell he was handling this with the upmost professionalism. He was kind and patient and he let me spend 10 minutes walking him through the initial repair to my cars current state. Paul quickly jumped into action and got on the phone with GM to figure out why this was happening. He called me back after speaking with GM Engineering and let me know that there was some critical information GM had not relayed to them. Apparently any time you replace the solenoid you need to replace the cover as well, because it disrupts the seal and often causes transmission fluid leakage. Paul said they would 100% cover the cost of labor and asked if I would cover the $149 part, saving me over $1,000. So if course I said yes! They had no LEGAL responsibility to offer me this, especially given that they had no way to know this information at the time of the initial repair. It is; however, the right thing to do given that the issue stemmed from the initial repair. I am so thankful that Paul, Tim and the other Cadillac team members did their best to take care of me in this situation. Car troubles are never fun and are almost always quite costly. It's worth it to go to a place you can trust - and this is it.

Over all my experience is great with Buffalo ford service. My only complaint this time was- I specifically told them what was wrong I had already had it diagnosed - they brought it in, said it wasn’t that- but another part.. kept the car for a week to only call me and say it was not that… but you guessed it… the part I TOLD them it was originally. And of course that one wasn’t in and had to be ordered. I finally got my vehicle back at 10 days. But like I said- over all they’re great. I got a loaner- no questions asked. They were very good with communication- and Mickey in service was stellar at his job. They even were kind enough to put gas in my car when I called and asked because I dropped it off at E and with subzero temps moving in I didn’t want it sitting outside on E. I’ll continue using ford service. 5 stars over all- ❄️

2014 Cadillac XTS review
Switched from a BMW 5 Series to the Cadillac XTS. It is far superior than the BMW and Jaguar XJ previously owned. Both of those foreign extractions were money pits. I purchased the X with 66,000 miles on it and have not experienced the failures other reviewers have lamented so I question the authenticity of their review. The XTS is, in my opinion, one of the most alluring cars on the road today, 2023. It has great presence and commands attention. By far the best car I have ever owned and its reliability has not disappointed. The Platinum trim interior is exquisite. It did, afterall, win Ward's 10 Best (automotive) Interiors of 2013. Definitely a keeper. Get one.

2019 Cadillac XTS review
We had 2 DTS before the 2013 XTS4. It compares very favorably with the exception of visibility, which is worse if you are of shorter stature. Comfort and convenience are very good and the quiet, handling and suspension are excellent. The trunk holds easily as much as the DTS. There is a tiny amount of vibration at speed, perhaps a result of the AWD, not annoying. Our family loves the car overall. We have a 2019 CT6, it is 5” longer but doesn’t feel bigger. The XTS4 is about an inch+ taller, and has the heads up display, overall I like it better.
