Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!

This is my second Certified Used Cadillac from Schepel and I couldn't be happier! I was already familiar with the dealership, but I can never get over the lengths they go to to treat their customers well. Recently I used Cadillac Roadside Assistance, and that was as professional as all their services at the dealership are. And it certainly makes a lone driver feel safe on the roads.
My wife and I were met promptly by Mike Eason who checked my vehicle in for service. Mike reviewed the vehicles past history and proceeded with the necessary maintenance which was due. The service was completed quickly and I was kept informed on the progress.
The employees at Schepel Cadillac in Merrillville are very professional and courteous. I've had to take my car in for basic oil changes and some recalls. The service department is exceptional. My time is important to me. I make the appointment, come in and no waiting! Everything is ready to go. Always willing to give me a loaner vehicle so that I don't have to wait for two hours for a recall service. They all do a great job!
Gabriel young was a great sales person very relaxed and willing to work with us. However the management was very rude and offered the car at value almost double that of the value it was worth. I would go back to the dealership to work with Gabriel young, however the manager would keep me away. I would give Gabriel Young a 5 star rating. However, the manager I would give a 1 star rating. This is due to a counter offer of 100 dollars less than the asking price on a vehicle that was exuberantly over priced.
While traveling to Cleveland the day before Thanksgiving, our Veracruz died on the I90 turnpike in the middle of the night and was towed to Webb Hyundai. James and Rich in the Service Department were absolute lifesavers and made it priority to get us back on the road asap. The repair (a bad alternator) was very reasonable and service was exceptional. Without their help (Nico too), our holiday would have been ruined. Everyone involved went above and beyond and treated us like family. Many many thanks to them all. Webb Hyundai is simply outstanding!!
