Ted Britt Chevrolet SterlingReviews
Ted Britt Chevrolet Sterling review
The bottom line first. All aspects of purchasing a new vehicle from Ted Britt Chevrolet in Sterling, Virginia were outstanding. Simply put, this is one of the easiest reviews I have had the pleasure of writing in the past several years. Nikolas Moore, William Allen and David Dragelin deserve special mention especially for their detailed knowledge about Chevrolet products and the internal business processes tailored for superb customer service. I look toward continuing the excellent business relationship established years ago with this dealership going forward.

I've had only great experiences at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I bought a used 2012 GLK from Michael Prati, who was able to find me the perfect match within my price range. He talked me through every step of the way and was always transparent and reasonable. Every time I've returned the service has been helpful and pleasurable! Coming into the experience, I expected there to be attempts to manipulate or to be taken advantage of. Unfortunately my pervious experiences have driven that mentality. This experience was a revelation. Every member of the sales team was professional yet approachable. They found the right vehicle and made every step easy and understandable. Our salesman Charles had knowledge and charisma. There was never pressure. He just presented us with facts and let the product sell itself. The sales manager gave us the best offer hands down and we shopped the entire state. Charles and the Chevy team educated us on the car and the systems it boasts. We are extremely satisfied customers and would be willing for let anyone know about our wonderful experience. Thanks again Sports Chevy Team. Continue you excellent work. P.S. I know this sounds like a review written by the company but I assure you this is a real customer with a real experience.

Ourisman Ford of ManassasReviews
Ourisman Ford of Manassas review
On August 28 I bought a 2026 Ecoboost Mustang in Adriatic Blue to replace my 2017 that was need of major repair. I worked with Dean Orbell, who made the experience quick and easy. A few days later I noticed a small ding on the passenger door, and Ourisman took the car in for repair. Unfortunately the body shop left the car with the door removed out in the elements and that evening we had a terrible thunderstorm which caused the passenger compartment to be flooded. Unfortunately this was heading into Labor Day and I couldn’t get the problem resolved until the following Tuesday. I worked again with Dean, Abraham and Cesar to get into a replacement Mustang. While it was an upsetting situation with the body shop, the team at Ourisman corrected the problem and made me very satisfied. I have to give special recognition and thanks to Dean for his professionalism and support in getting me into a new car. I would most certainly buy another car from Dean.

DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Silver Spring review
Great to work with Spence and Tony while purchasing my wife's new VW Golf. I was a little stressed having my two young kids with me, but they were more than accommodating and understanding. Spence is on top of his game and knows VWs inside and out; super professional and approachable. Tony was the sales manager and was able to make the buying experience quite comfortable. Toss any preconcieved notions of "typical" salesman tactics, this man wants you to leave satisfied. We came in already knowing exactly which car we wanted, so perhaps that added to the ease of the transaction. I have no doubt that even an uncertain buyer would have a great experience as well.

Fair Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. It was most definitely a pleasure to do business :) THANK YOU FAIRS OAKS TEAM (Mr. Herman, Danny, Melvin and Adam)

This is an update from a previous one star review. I made an appointment for the Quick Lane service. My appointment was at 7:30 AM. When I arrived the service man behind the desk greeted me and took care of everything. Very professional and prompt. I was only there for an hour and everything went very well. I had a previous review with a different experience. I think that experience was a result of a full moon. For now on I'll always make an appointment. I couldn't ask for better service!

DARCARS Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Silver Spring review
I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. Jeffery was our Sales, Barry was the Manager who also worked with us, and Carlos was our finance person. Really impressive team all around, highly recommend them for any car buying needs.

Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM & FIAT review
My salesman, Luis, was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to fully understand what I wanted and how he could help me get it. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. I was very satisfied with the sales manager, Ahsan, and his part of the deal making process. Not to mention F&I was fast and simple. I would highly reccomend Criswell to anyone in the market for a vehicle by one of their brands.
