I stopped to look at a car that I wanted, but did not need. The salesman, Ted Mowen, could not have been nicer, and fully understood my situation. He treated me no differently than any other potential buyer. There was no pressure. He took all the time I needed to fully understand the vehicle. He allowed me to determine if it was right for me. Even my Wife remarked that it was the most pleasant experience we ever had in a dealership. We did buy the car. As we went through signing the papers, we found that Jason and Terry in the back office were also very easy to work with. We had to travel a couple hours, but what a great experience, and I am not one who looks forward to car buying. This really is the best place we know to buy a vehicle!

The truck met all what I was looking for in a truck and then some I’ve only owned it for three days but I am really enjoying it meets everything that I need in the family likes it and it’s comfortable and sharp looking

I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
Spent 2 days, 5 hours total to get myself into a new to me car. I had an idea of what I wanted and AP Moore worked with me and the financing department to get me out of there. Great experience overall!!!

I have owned over 20 trucks in my life so far and this truck is so far the most rugged and yet most comfortable one i have had,,it fits in my garage even with the zr2 off road package

My wife used to have a H3, I sold it and was in the dog house , since GM no longer builds the H3 any more I got her the next best thing , the Z71 crew cab. She loves it with a 3 inch left kit, the truck still handles great and I won't worry about her in the winter time driving snow ice packed roads.
I live in Salt Lake City and I have been looking for a late model, lightly used Boxster S, white with black interior. I had my eye on several over a 60 day search, but uneasy about a long distance, maybe sight unseen purchase. I contacted Brett, the owner of Motion Autosport. We arm wrestled over price & fine print and came to an agreement. Brett was such an honest, straight-shooter to work with. He sent me every picture you can imagine from every angle possible. He pointed out a couple of pinhead sized rock chips and represented the Boxster in a very honest way. Somehow I trusted him and knew what I was buying. He arranged all the shipping details, shipped enclosed and my dream car showed up yesterday.....perfect in every way. Exactly what Brett said it was. I got lucky with Brett and his dealership. I really enjoy this truck. It's a crew cab, rides like a car and is comfortable. Has the great aspects of a truck.

From the moment we arrived (used the clean bathrooms), we knew this dealer was professional.
They are experts in Chevy.
While I’m used to all the typical tactics that car salesman try, I didn’t find that here.
As most consumers today are knowledgeable, we knew what we wanted, and all the prices were right in line with market values.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.

I love the mileage as a daily driver... average about 25. Highest highway trip netted 34.7 mph. I also like that the truck tows my 26' travel trailer well. Very well equipped all around d good truck.

I will never buy again, nor do I recommend it to anyone. My remote start will not heat up the truck sufficiently. After complaining about the defroster not getting hot, I was told it takes 40 min for that to happen. So if you live anywhere where the temp gets below 32 this piece of junk will not defrost or thaw out! Only buy if you can store in garage!
the 8 speed transmission is flawed, major shudder/vibration issues that have mine in the "lemon" category. 4 trips to the dealer for repair and no solution in sight. Come to find out this issue has been chronic for years with 8 speeds and GM still cannot address. Sorry I bought this vehicle.
This truck not only has a classy body style for good looks, it is also powerful, durable, and reliable. Giving the best of both worlds. Would like to get more millage efficiency, however it gives a smooth ride, great handle, and versatility.
We stopped on a whim and we bought the vehicle of our dreams!! Shane was super nice and very thorough he made sure we understood all!!

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Good truck so far has plenty of power. Gets an average of 29 mpg and I drive (spirited), I could easily see people getting low 30's. It does have a bit of turbo lag. The only thing I found I don't like is the lack of a CD player. The transmission doesn't down shift going up hills or accelerating unless it's in a real bind. Diesels like to bring and this one is no different than my 05 GMC dually duramax. I would but another one. And recommend it family and friends.
I currently have 24k miles, and have owned it almost 2 years and have been trouble free and very reliable. The turbo diesel will zip up the Colorado (state) mtn passes like nothing while pulling my camping trailer. The mpg is pretty amazing as well, I get over 31 mpg when driving interstate and no hauling. Did I mentions its gorgeous appearance gets me compliments regularly? Very pleased! :)
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Impressive Midsize Truck

This is my first midsize truck and i am quite impressed. I have always owned full size trucks for the power and towing. With the v6 engine this smaller but capable truck does the job very well and the gas mileage is great 24 HI way 19 city You do give up some space in the bed and the cab but I feel the performance more than makes up for it Plus a great entertainment system back up camera easy to read gauges and one quite smooth ride
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.
.2000 miles would not start

Vehicle is very nice,styling looks paint etc..Only after 2000 miles vehicle would not start.Turned key ,vehicle would not crank over,all lights came on an key would not come out of ignition.Had car towed to dealer who stated battery was low and that cause vehicle computer to shut down.Vehicle was repaired and I hope this solved the problem.Afraid to take car far if it happens again.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
